Charlotte have been very active ahead of their first ever MLS game. A lot of ducking and diving with the draft, trades and their international slots. It is reported over there it is $3m plus add ons if it goes through.

I like to think I'm a smart guy but I just can't get my head around all the rules and categories of signings over there. Junior lining up some MLS trials this summer though will probably be playing USL2 again if his ankle heals in time. All leagues are expanding at a rate of knots over there. A good time to be in it even if the salaries are absolutely sh.t in USL1 down and even in the lower echelons of the MLS.

Listen-that’s when you know you’ve arrived.

I highly recommend the boxes at Snubs. I asked about them, but they never got back to me.

Had never even heard of McGree, but then again I’d never heard of any of our Japanese imports before Postecoglou mentioned them.

We appear to have had a very solid transfer window as things stand already although if we’re going to be greedy then another CCV type player would be just smashing.

Oh yes, and get Jota and CCV properly signed up.

I know f all about McGree, fair play to him if he can make loads more money at Middlesbrough and if they want to pay 5m for him that's fair enough as well. I would prefer us to get a decent LB for that kinda of money but that's unlikely unless we get rid of Bolingoli. Get Jota and CCV on a permanent this window then it will have been a fantastic one 👏
