Arfield now missing for tomorrow.

So far we have Balogun, Helander, Aribo, Jack, Davis, Roofe all confirmed as missing.

Gonna be a tough slog up there tomorrow

I think for Dundee the reward was easily greater than the risk. He's turned out to still be a waste of a squad number but if he'd got back to previous form he was capable of keeping them in the league.

I don't really blame Dundee taking him on.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

TBF I do.

Given how he was conducting himself at celtic (behind the scenes) in terms of fitness.

If I knew about it then so did Dundee.

As close to an absolute certainty as you'll get that it was going to backfire.

Lundstram might be needed now FFS.

I would try Bacuna personally.

It would certainly indicate whether Gio likes the look of Bacuna or not

If Dundee did at least 1% due diligence they wouldn't have touched him. If they even looked into his condition at the time they would have realised that he is about 6-12 months away from being in match shape nd a deal would have been pointless. But him an Mcpake are good pals.

Everytime I have watched Bcuna (down south also) he has always looked like a no 10. dont think he has played in that role since being with us yet

I don't think they'll be paying that much for him to be honest.

On another note it looks like all yellow cards for the play off teams in the world cup playoff have been wiped.

I recall being against griffiths signing because he was a fvcking idiot and that would show in the end.

There was a point where i thought he had screwed the nut and had matured. Then he fvcked it as i initially thought he would.

He's a waster and a creepm

Bit nervous about it to be honest but just thank fwck we can have fans in again although the restrictions where we sit are a joke. Being moved around because of the spacing

It just got funnier. Even after doing fck all in his time so far, McPake wants to sign him permanent

DUNDEE manager James McPake is determined to keep a hold of Leigh Griffiths for the remainder of the season.

The 31-year-old striker's Celtic contract is set to be cancelled early and once his loan at Dens Park expires at the end of the month, the former Scotland internationalist will be a free agent.

Parkhead chiefs informed Griffiths of the decision to tear up his deal last week and McPake is keen on retaining the centre-forward until the end of the campaign - outlining his belief that Griffiths has turned a corner of late.

"Leigh has trained over the past few days and has been working hard, he's in the squad," McPake said.

"When players like Leigh Griffiths pop up, you're always interested, our focus as a club is on [Tuedsay's game] at Livingston.

"The situation is what it is, I can't speak on behalf of Celtic, hopefully he goes and has a positive impact in our team.

"He's showing a desire to kick-start his career of late with that free-kick away to Aberdeen and scored in a bounce game last week against Forfar.

"That goal against Aberdeen is something Leigh has done all his career, he's a player that loves scoring goals and enjoying his football.

"When you get Griffiths scoring goals then you're getting a good player and we need to add more goals into him in the second half of the season."

That was a strange one from Gio when he started Lundstram deep and tried to push Kamara forward almost into the 10 role against Dundee United.

I would play Bacuna in there all day long. He definitely has something and likes getting in and around the edge of the oppositions box.

Kamara and Lunstram may be the sitters with Bacuna in front tomorrow.

He is defo the type the of player who can see things in and around the box and looks much more comfortable further up the pitch than defensively. Seem to be goal threat also. So far he has mainly played wide which doesnt bring out the best in him IMO.
