Sign Jesus, Raphinha & Richarlison. Perfect back up for our front three and would really pi$$ off the Assnl fans
Richarlison for me. Can play any of the three roles across the front 3. Think he could be a Jota style signing.
Raphinha for me. Can take a man or two much better.
Raphinha, great player.
Leeds would be mad to sell though unless they get a mega offer
Get forwards from the Hungarian National squad.
Sallai or Nagy. Should come cheap.
And who would say they can't play in England?
Richarlison if money wasn't a factor but it is and he's not worth what Everton want where we could use the money better.
Either would be great but I'd verge on Richarlison cos he can lead the line of we decide to rest Kane
Romano tweeted this in March :
Raphinha's contract includes two release clauses: 75 million in case Leeds will stay in PL, 25 million if relegated. That's why Barcelona are waiting to make their opening bid. 🇧🇷 #FCB
If true no thanks. But Leeds are buying players at the moment so maybe they might cash in at a lower fee?
Off 40m and Winks for Richarlison. If they reject then move on.
Would like Jesus if not but can see him wanting a guaranteed starter role
Must be fair few alternatives out there. Can't blow a load of money on an over priced squad improving player
Sallai went to Freiberg for 4.5 Million EU.
(That's 4.5 not 45!).
And for those ignoramuses on here, England just lost 0-4 to the Hungarian lot.
We don't need to buy cheap, though. For all the Levy moans when he finally gives us money to spend we moan about spending it.

Well, if you want to spend money, go for a real class midfielder, Tchouaméni.
Very impressive athletic player.
Bound for Real Madrid, but could be hijacked for top dollar.
1. Raphinha + cheaper player who can cover for Kane and Son (selling lucas + bergwijn)
2. Richarlison + cheaper player who can compete with kulu (selling lucas + bergwijn)
3. just richarlison (keeping lucas)
4. just raphinha (keeping lucas

There is no point in wasting the money.
Those Hungarian forwards are good, better than what we're looking at.
And much cheaper.....ATM!

I'm curious to hear your reasoning for this. Because I'm sure you wouldn't judge a player from one performance in international football alone.

Yes because in the past we when we had money we wasted it on Clarke, Ndombele and GLC. We are yet to see a decent return on Sess yet too.
No harm in learning from past mistakes. I wouldn't mind us buying 5-6 more players for fees less than £40m. Bissouma is not official yet.
There are more quality bargins out there. This summer is unique if you look at the players available on a free or entering the last year of their contracts. Eriksen for example.
We can go BIG on a goal keeper replacement for Lloris and start planning life after Son and Kane next summer.

If you watched the match, you'd see the player!
Made Harry Kane look static.
Been scoring in the Bundesleague too.
All this talk about Richarlsson et al, when Levy can go get this guy for a tenth of the price.
And have money left over for .....well,....erm....Dybala?
Or Upamecano?
Or ....

They are buying him for like 100m. He also just got hia dream move.
Spurs are doing the right thing being careful. 150m doesn't go far and they don't want to sell valuable assets to get more. Few frees/cheap older players to pad squad out and a couple of big players. 150m doesn't go far at all nowadays it's mad.
Liverpool just paid 64m for a young striker with little experience. Nkunku is over 100m. Richarilson over 50. The forrest rb is 20. Prices just for prospects are crazy too!
I feel liverpool/chelsea/city's real edge comes in buying young talent. Just a few need to come good and they save 100m+. The other teams just can't afford to do it with the same frequency them teams can. Not yet anyway.
Why would we waste money on Dybala or Upamecano?
