Yes, there's absolutely tonnes of data.

None of it would enable a factual conclusion regarding whether a referee has cost you the league, though.

It simply doesn't exist.

Incorrect, referee bias has been studied extensively, it's not a huge leap to show the influence over the course of a season

In the 15th century they couldn't forecast the weather accurately
