People's moral codes are all over the place in this fanbase. There's plenty that don't want Greenwood back but are salivating at the prospect of Qatari owners.

That’s fair, I’m fairly indifferent on both subjects.
Greenwood - I think people make mistakes, I also think people have a right to a second chance in life. However that’s without knowing what has really gone on and whether he is resolving his, seemingly, disgusting behaviour.
Qatar - the ideal solution is a tan group owning a majority of the club, but that isn’t an option. So in reality, without knowing what INEOS have planned for the club I can’t really take a side. Make no mistake, Ratcliffe, like any billionaire, will have some skeletons in his closet.
Greenwood is 5CUM.
Should never be allowed near any football club.
Or anyone.
It really depends which club you support when it comes to judging Greenwood's behaviour. I'm a huge us fan and feel that if he comes back and scores a few goals then his behavior was fine
Ultimately, I can't see Greenwood coming back, due to the nature of the alleged offence and the growing popularity of the women's game. Whatever you think of the women's game, and it does nothing for me, it is now an important part of Manchester Utd and I think understandably, there would be a considerable backlash if Greenwood came back for us and not one that the club could ignore.
From a pure footballing sense, of course Greenwood would be a great option to have, but just can't see it happening in today's climate

Ultimately, I can't see Greenwood coming back, due to the nature of the alleged offence and the growing popularity of the women's game. Whatever you think of the women's game, and it does nothing for me, it is now an important part of Manchester Utd and I think understandably, there would be a considerable backlash if Greenwood came back for us and not one that the club could ignore.
From a pure footballing sense, of course Greenwood would be a great option to have, but just can't see it happening in today's climate

Taking burglary alone, it’s not something that’s been borne out of the cost of living crisis, it’s always existed, an easy way to get something for nothing while destroying peoples lives and making them feel unsafe in their own home
As much as I hate this government I’m not going to lay the blame at their door for people stooping to such levels, absolute scuum
I don't condone robbers, maybe I don't explain myself well.
A mother and father have just been jailed for burning and killing their baby.
Somebody might steal of a blind man and run away laughing.
How can people do that? What goes on in their heads.
Conversely somebody is doing a computer scam to steal money off Barclays.
That's perfectly imaginable. Still a crime, and it should be. But I wouldn't judge them the same as the first two.
I can't explain better, perhaps the words moral code are wrong, but it's how I feel.

There are people who shoplift, pickpocket and burgle houses because they don’t believe that there’s any other way to heat their home or feed their children.
The UK has people turning up at their local food bank and finding that there’s nothing left on the shelves.
I’m not excusing all such crimes, obviously, but I think it’s always useful to understand context.

If you're talking about the government, then they're not worse than many others. Our own government would ship people off to Rwanda , take part in illegal wars, condemn occupation of one land yet give implicit support of it in another. The lost goes on. The the Glazers and Ratcliff have a few skeletons in their own closet, "But they aren't leaders of nations" isn't an excuse.

Taking burglary alone, it’s not something that’s been borne out of the cost of living crisis, it’s always existed, an easy way to get something for nothing while destroying peoples lives and making them feel unsafe in their own home

I don't condone robbers, maybe I don't explain myself well.
A mother and father have just been jailed for burning and killing their baby.
Somebody might steal of a blind man and run away laughing.
How can people do that? What goes on in their heads.
Conversely somebody is doing a computer scam to steal money off Barclays.
That's perfectly imaginable. Still a crime, and it should be. But I wouldn't judge them the same as the first two.
I can't explain better, perhaps the words moral code are wrong, but it's how I feel.

I totally agree with Rosso regarding some people who shoplift, fraud and burgle to eat and live.
But. Unless you have been house burgled, especially in the possible worst ways, either violently, or losing possessions of sentiment, its leaves a terrible feeling of violation and intrusion that are hard to shake. Forcing many more vulnerable and anxious victims to even move house. Many burglars like to take a messy dump in your toilet and not flush before they go, too for some reason. Like a calling card. And that's just disgusting.
