Ange, has he impressed you so far?

I mean let's wait until some signings are actually made before judging.

The Sancho link is something I'm hoping isn't true. Just have never seen where the hype around him came from. Had his moments but generally is very average.

All of the CB's mentioned I would expect to improve on what we already have, to a varied extent.

Maddison I desperately hope happens.

Ffs do football fans learn nothing? Calm the feck down and give the man some time.

Hardly think Ange has got is coat off, waiting for Levy to alo allocate him a peg at the moment.

Spurs have a long clear up to do this summer, before bringing players, so we don't really endowed with lot of time.
Shifting 3/4 players could take half of summer and that would leave us struggling to balance between upgrading players and actually let some go.

I think we cannot just sit back and take out time on this.

Why does he need to take his coat off?

Can he not initiate some player approach and see if he can get some new players in from wherever he is?

Has he even taken over yet? Most of the players will be prepping for international duty, the rest will be on their holidays.

As for transfer rumours, it is mainly journalists playing fantasy manager and agents trying to drum up interest in their players for a pay day.

Will judge him after some significant time managing, not from players we are linked with. First impressions are he speaks well and is saying the right things.

Well firstly while Spurs have their issues, it isn’t THAT bad. Imagine supporting Leicester. Second it ain’t a quick fix. It’ll take what it takes. Don’t ffs be like the gooners demanding the mangers head when success isn't instant.

And who’s buying these players? We don’t have a DOF.
-----------------------------------
football.london understands that the recruitment meeting on Friday with Postecoglou included the likes of Levy, chief scout Leonardo Gabbanini and Mason, who took charge of the club on an interim basis for the final six matches of the Premier League season, among others as the club continued to thrash out what is expected to be a busy summer at the club.

Ali G wrote the above and also said Mason is expected to stay which is a good idea, but not sure what that says for Ryan's own ambitions to become a manager as previously reported.

I think it is too late to hire a DoF and if we did it just open the door for more confusion because it is another voice as we should be at the stage where targets should be identifed and we should be laying the ground work for any deals.

Really hope Joe Hart has been in Kane's ear and putting in good words about Ange.

Re: Sancho, this is the first I've heard us linked to him but based on his Dortmund exploits, I still think there is a good player in there, it's just a big risk as you don't know if he's gone the same way as Dele.

He can talk to Kane about the trophies he's won since he left Spurs too.

I didn't see Hart play for Celtic but he was absolutely done at PL level. He being a multi trophy winner at that club is yet a further damning indictment at how rubbish that league is so I really hope it isn't reflected with Ange.

posted on 11/6/23

Of course it is reflected with Ange. Ange won the treble there. Facts. Imagine if he didn't and we still hired him?

Done the wrong thing by coming to prem league, huge reputation, couldn't live up to it, Bellingham hopefully has avoided this
