Wildsmith was reported to have an injured finger. PW wanted to give Vickers an opportunity considering Wildsmith looked a little shaky ( Posh game the example). I think it's game management and not much more. Vickers referred to as a Championship level GK. He hasn't convinced with that statement but I expect to see him for a few more games unless he drops an absolute clanger.

Speaking of which on RD it was reported players to go out to bring players in. Ward rumoured to be one of them which would be a shame considering at the start of the season his crossing was considered to be an important attacking asset. But his last two games were costly.

Well, supposedly it is a player(s) who is not getting enough game time. Ward fits that profile, but so does Wildsmith lately

Has Sibley finally proven he's not an attacking mid but an attacking left back. Heard from a few now he's played well.

It does seem to be the position he's convinced in more in the last 2 seasons.

Apart from Fozzy, perhaps he is just better than the alternatives ? (not inc Haydon Roberts)

No Elder so he started at LB once the subs came on I don't know. Someone with commentary or visuals will need to confirm.

Those that went to the came replied it's his better position this season which indicates he's not a creative midfielder.

We just need to package him as a raw, English version of Roberto Carlos to Weds in exchange for Smith or elsewhere

(Apparently his Sibley's salary is why we're not able to move him)

You are Sibley's nemesis, in the same way the Spart is Collins'.

Max Bird is a creative midfielder by choice, but he has not shown much of it under PW's tutelage

Well, he was named MoM today Jorv, which probably meant the difference between winning and losing that game.

Well at least all this moaning about Sibley has got us up to 300 comments

Sibley was rightly awarded Derby MotM today, but having watched the game, I would say he was just the least worst rather than good. Not that he did anything wrong, more he didn't do much at all.

However, I agree his positioning today suits him better than the other options tried.
