Just leave MGW on the way out

Murillo is such a talented centre back.Raw but he is gonna be special.

Sels is the weakness for me in your side in fact any of your goalkeepers never seen a poorer set in the premier league. If we can whip them balls into the back post winger to winger i can see some serious success,

As someone who had several trials as a schoolboy at Forest, I have always had a soft spot for them and hope they stay up. Johnny Carey was the manager then & I even got to meet the great Jim Baxter.
I think we will be too tough for them tomorrow though, but we will have to ensure MGW is kept quiet. Could potentially be a target for a summer move to join up with Brennan at Spurs. Would also like Murillo, he looks like he is going to be a top class player.

Just need Timo to learn how to attack ball at far post, rather than hoping defenders miss it🤔

No one gave us a chance at Newcastle, look what happened there !!
Spurs are very good going forward but not always the greatest defensively, so if we do get any decent chances, not squander them as we have done all too often recently.
A point would be a great result, a win, almost unthinkable, but not out of the question.
If we can keep Son, Johnson and Maddison quiet and MGW repeats the heroics of midweek we can cause Spurs problems, but there are certainly a few ‘ifs’ in there.
Hopefully we have practiced set plays, at both ends of the pitch, and ideally concede as few as possible.
Realistically I’d happily take a point, but in reality i fancy Spurs will have too much for us and probably repeat their 2 goal win from earlier in the season.
It’s massively important that if we do lose, we keep the game as close as possible, goal difference could well be the deciding factor at the end of the season.

Sorry, he is expected to stay for another year if we stay up. He likes it here.

Murillo could be the one to depart if we need to balance the books. A bigger profit, and we have a good replacement lined up.

In which bar/nightclub did you meet Jim Baxter?
He was a genuinely great footballer, but well past his best when he came to the City Ground. But football was a very different game then, and we fans loved him.
Scored a worldy against Stoke City I seem to remember.

I was only 16-17 at the time but knew Slim Jim’s reputation as a drinker, just imagine him and Greavesie having a session together along with Stan Bowles🤔🤣

Whilst he was past his best, he was still one of the best players with a ball at his feet. Could drift past people with ease and everything he did seemed effortless.

Nothing quite like giving a team a helping hand, own goal after 15 mins.
We are sitting way too deep.

How did Wood muss that. His easiest chance in 10 games

Scores classy goals & misses sitters!

If Elanga could produce only 10 percent of his talent into productivity, he’d be hell of a player, so much potential, so little end product.

One thing is for sure, both teams look better going forward than defending.

Murillo nearly scores from 70 metres and Wood misses from 6 inches.

Forest the better team that half.
Very disciplined. Wood should have made it two. Maddison should have been booked.
We are good enough to get something from this game

I think we are defending OK.
Spurs look threatening but Selz not had to make many saves. Needed an Og to get on the board.
