I'm a bit jealous of Tav to be honest

He has got to see so much of our success up close

Lucky guy

Congratulations to Celtic on winning the Scottish Cup!
Clearly the number 1 team in the SFA! Rangers again show that they just can't get the job done!

Depends on the fee of course but I say sign him up. Big fckr CFs are thin on the ground and he’s only 23 probably get our money back at worst.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Said this at the time, but I still can’t get my head around why we didn’t agree an option to buy fee in his loan deal. Makes no sense, other than presumably Pistol saving a few quid because it’s a cheaper loan without that clause … BUT any minor saving there surely goes right out the window if the loanee does fairly well? Norwich hold all the cards now if we want the player.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agreed. It’s madness to take any loan without an option to buy - unless it’s an emergency. Idah has given a lot of reasons to make permanent transfer a no brainer, but as you say, Norwich hold all the cards.
I still think BR brought Idah on more to defend the front post at corners than score the winner.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
It was an emergency.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Temporary cover for the Asia Cup (with no intention to buy) - maybe? But not a full on emergency loan. We knew about the impact of the Asia Cup for months.

I'm not sure on that last point.

The fact the he brought on Bernardo and Idah rather than Iwata and Idah suggests that Brendan was going for the win rather than holding on for Extra Time.

And it was a master stroke by the manager.

Brendan always gets the big calls right. Hes definitely an elite level manager.

Heard its 5m for idah. No brainer at that price. Hes scored some massive goals that won us the league and now the cup.

Plus suits brendans style better than kyogo

The thing with the push on joe hart is if he doesnt get shoved he would have had an easy catch in the middle of the goals.

The push forced him to the near post when he didnt want to go there

all im seeing on twitter etc is Rangers fans greeting about getting pulled up for fouls .

what could be your actual issue with that goal being chopped off ? its as easy call as you will get using VAR

Brilliant, isn’t it?

Ignoring our 2 penalty shouts and their players that could have been sent off. Class.

if you look on a platform for idiots you will find idiot opinions. No one on here is continually complaining about it.

Yeah true , just making the point alot of people seem aggrieved over what was a very easy decision

Tbf Clement also seemed irked by it , not sure what he was wanting from it

Celtic were by far the better team in the first half. Seeing half was turgid with only one bit of quality from which Celtic scored.

posted on 28/5/24

Celtoc were slightly less schite than rangers in 1st half, rangers were slightly less schite than celtic in 2nd half.

it was schite performance from both.

We had 11 shots of which 4 on target
celtic had 8 shots with 4 on target
We had an Xg of 1.58
you had an Xg of 1.25

both teams were schite

Think the game being poor had more to do with rangers tactics than anything else. First half was more about not conceding a goal, and then second half was just percentage football. It was what you expect and get from when we play other teams in the league. Stats make a mockery of Clement saying they had 3 times more shots on target. He was spouting a fair pile of cack after the game, apart from pointing out the difference was we scored and they didn’t.

I thought celtic looked comfortable most of the game and in typical rodgers style were just waiting for that opening.

Eventually it came and we took it.

Rangers caught us on the break a couple of time but mostly that cantwell just lost possession and nothing came off it.

Big rebuild for celtic in the summer and if we sign one guy plaease let it be Idah.

all manager spout schite before and after games, idiots take stock in it IMO.
