Did a 10k today in like 55min and was very tired and felt bit sick again. It was a nice route but there was one well hilly bit tbf and stopping about half way cause I got lost getting back on the grand Union canal didn't help.

I MIGHT try a 10k over the weekend. 55 minutes would be a good target to aim for.

How's the weight loss going? Any more progress?

Looking at your 8km times you should be aiming 5 min quicker than that tbf!

Haven't weighed myself since will do a weigh in tomorrow morning

ive not even managed running that far yet (at any time), and don't even know if I can (or even if i've got the balls to try it) so we'll see!

not a very interesting story, but when I was checking in for a domestic flight in kenya, the check in lady was kind enough let me weight myself on the baggage scales. i tried doing it with Ryanair coming back from Greece last month though and they declined, so not always an option.

They start at 100 and work the way up to 1.

The first few are a bit ropey, but there's - I think - some crackers in there.

Yeah, we have for example no shortage of Indian and Pakistani members who would find such content massively inflammatory. The sx tourism stuff on here is enough to make my skin crawl but that article was ridiculous

He’s been in that mood for the last two or three weeks where he keeps spiralling until he was inevitably going to go too far.

His inability to read what has been said makes it very understandable why he can’t hold down a job.
