The commentator yesterday said this was his worst form since Whittlesea Zebras or some such thing. Only lasted a few games there with a win percentage below 20. If there is a good manager in Ange, then maybe we just got that WZ version.
he's been unlucky with injuries in your squad but as i said when you appointed him, he's very naive.
Celtic suited him, we are on the front foot most games, not a lot of defending to be done.
i don't think he had the right players at spurs, but then i'm not sure it would matter either. he is not a very good "manager"

He does nothing wrong in the interview. You can't look at that interview and make a judgement that he's unsuitable to be Tottenham manager.
The negative aspect of the interview, is the information that his Australia side drew against Laos and lost against China.
Why would we be making an assessment of his suitability based on those results from 20+ years ago though? We have no way of judging his contribution to those results. What we CAN judge him on though is 18 months at Tottenham. This interview is irrelevant as a way of assessing his premier league managerial ability imo.
I'd say that Ange is a good debater, but not a good leader- which is often the case with good debaters.

Also, and I am summising here, he claimed lack of technical ability, so was he again using a system he wanted that the players could not do and refuse to adjust?
I will give him some slack here and say that interviewer was a complete priiick that wouldn’t let him answer questions fully.
From what we did here though, it’s just excuses and then when he gets called out for it then he takes it on himself.
His record everywhere bar Celtic is mostly mediocre and sometimes atrocious. His win % at Celtic wasn’t as good as Lennon and Rodger’s either.
The problem is, that’s the level Levy attracts because no one with quality wants to work with a slap head meddling khunt that thinks he is gods gift to football
he done well in Japan, and took australia to a world cup.
Lennon and Rodgers have better win % but if i had to pick a celtic team to watch it would be his.
i genuinely enjoyed turning up for every match, its different obviously because the competition is far more fierce in england but he suited it.

Rodgers - well, win % is high but christ its dull most of the time, passing the ball around at the back and just standing there not moving, "waiting for space to open up" instead of creating it.
while the teams who sit with 10 men behind the ball love the fact you playing keepball in your own half.
Ange isn't built for top level competition, he isnt good enough.

Rodgers is a decent manager. I wouldn't want him over others but at least he has proven himself in this league as well as in the SPL. Him getting top 5 twice and an FA Cup with Leicester was an underrated job.
undoubtedly been successful for Celtic but he irks me, i find his football boring.
i think it would be different in the premiership as the games can be much more open so it can work well for him, very different up here.
