Why do Chelsea even want Garnacho? They have about 10 wingers already including Sancho. Have they got bored of him already?
I just don't get why he'd go there. He's definitely not guaranteed to start for them with so much competition.
Napoli makes the most sense to me. They have an obvious need for a player like him and then there's the Argentine connection with Maradona etc.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That Sancho at Chelsea would be a great fit in Amorim's system. Just sayin'...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Imagine!
Let's also bring back Fred, Amrabat, McT and Alvaro Caceres too! I'm not really joking here either as I think they would improve things!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Mctominay and Lukaku chilling at top of Serie A whilst we're struggling in bottom half.
The most Manchester United thing ever isn't it?

We could probably put together a team of players that have left us recently, and that are still playing, that could beat us!
Having said the above I also don't buy into the idea that it has to take years to get back on track. We really do need to nail the signings though and have a great hit rate in the next few windows.
Mctominay is 28? I thought he was about 21 !

You're thinking of Lingard.
United XI of players that have recently left the club that could possibly beat the current lot
De Gea
AWB
Tuanzebe
Kambwala
James
Fred
Amrabat
Caceres
McT
Elanga
Lukaku
Subs:
Kovar
Bailly
Sabitzer
Beek
Pereira
Hannibal
Pellistri
Lingard
Cavani

Writing that list down was pretty depressing in how average it is but it would still give these current lot a game I think!
Surely Ashley Young gets into the XI too!
I still back Amad to poach a couple of goals pressing De Gea / charging down his panicky clearances.

No, consider me the Darren Ferguson kind of character when it comes to picking Young in my team.
Garnacho will be a decent player but there's nothing I've seen to convince me he will get to world class standard.
60m and I'll drive him to Conte
