For five million pounds a year I imagine.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We paid Jose £12m per year

More than Pep

Remind me how that worked out?

Why was he sacked a week before cup final by our supreme leader?

Was that a "footballing" decision???

12 of the 20 clubs in the PL pay £4m a year or more to their manager. Dyche at Everton was on £5m, Emery is on £8m and that’s just a couple of options in England. As I said, plenty of better options.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

There really isn’t. I’m not sure how you’ve come to the conclusion that good managers don’t go there whilst in the same breath listing all the good managers who have gone there.

There will be an enormous amount of interest in the Spurs job.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The fact that those managers have been there, and failed, and been very vocal about why they've failed, is what will keep other managers away.

There will be enormous interest, in lower tier managers on Ange's level. No chance the likes of Iraola, Michel etc will go there.

You’re listing two managers who have never won anything and have qualified for Europe once between them in their career.

Really not sure you’re thinking this through but okay.

Be interesting how they feel if we go out of the cup and performances in the league are still dire. Can't see a win in the league coming anywhere soon with the next set of fixtures.

I do understand that it would be better to conduct a proper manager search in the summer than panic appoint someone, however I'm not sure someone even just filling in until the end of the season couldn't do any worse.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Got City and United at home shortly. Should be six points. Spurs have beaten both twice comfortably already this season.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So getting no points against Everton and Leicester means we're going to get 6 against United and City, who by the way are in better places since they last lost to us.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

That’s how football works though - if you beat them earlier in the season, regardless of circumstances then you should beat them later in the season - this is the way of the Sandy
----------------------------------------------------------------------

So Spurs won't be losing to teams like Palace, Ipswich , Nottm Firest etc in the 2nd half of the season then. Works both ways fella.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Stop this, Sandy

We beat Everton 4-0 earlier in the season and then got battered by them last week
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Who was the manager when we beat Everton 4-0?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The same guy that drew 0-0 with non league Tamworth after 90 minutes.

The same guy who has the lowest PPG rate of any Spurs manager in 75 years

The same guy who has managed to spend nearly £400m but only has us in 15th and sinking fast

Why do you ask?

If Ange miraculously wins the europa, next season we can all look forward to visiting Millwall on a Saturday followed by Real Madrid on Tuesday.

Levy will be licking his lips at an extra 4 home league games a season.

Fans will be moaning about Levy not spending £8 million on target A and opting for the £5 million cheaper version of target B.

Rumour is that Ange’s payout is massive if we’re still in a cup competition when he is fired - that’s why Levy isn’t pulling the trigger.

Terrifying if true - means we could be stuck with ge until April
