Clinging onto those straws tightly I see.
Stop jinxing it FFS. You're worse than the guy that posted Arne Flopp articles mid match.
Moyes won a major trophy with lowly West Ham. Chequebook Slot had to go out and spend millions on Italy's best player, Chiesa, just to compete with clubs doing it the right way.
Until he does it at a smaller club, with a limited budget, then he cannot be compared to Moyes, who brought glory to a lesser team.
Therefore, when they clinch the PL this will really by Klopp's title and it'll be NEXT season that the decline of Salah and VVD will be felt and that their drop in performances will lead to worse performances across the board. I'd expect a struggle to make the CL places for them next season so they need to enjoy this one as much as possible IMO.

Be interesting to see what Slot can do when he gets to sign some players that fit his system. I suspect we’ll kick on, rather than regress.
Actually next season should have been his last one.
Give it up Diafol ffs.
You were hopelessly wrong then and you're equally in error now.
At least have the balls to admit it
Thank you for drawing my attention to that article, Diafol
Get ahead of your faux pas, I like your style.
You should pass this tactic on to Gary Neville, the o ly person whos predictions were sh!tter than this.
Young players that probably won't amount to much long term stepping up where needed (Welbeck, Cleverley, Rafael / Bradley, Elliott, Jones).

A very good point here diafol. Infact can’t really fault the article, aside Rio maybe.

Really good, factual article. Thanks
Time will tell, if Salah leaves, he will be impossible to replace, as will VVD. Trent seems to be off.
Liverpool recruited fantastically early in Klopps tenure, not so much recently. All if's and but's, until the summer we've no idea where their squad will be.
Slot has done as good a job as he can and even if the leagues poor this season, you can only beat what's in front of you.
I forgot about his article
Better sometimes to keep.quiet

With the new season weeks away I've been thinking about our rivals for top four.
Rivals for top four!!!!!!
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
- his 'rolls royce' CB is past is best (Rio Ferdinand)
Van Dijk still proving he's the best CB about on a weekly basis.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
- his main attacking threat is also a year older and not as good as he once was. Will he be motivated under the new boss (RVP)
Salah - 26 goals and 18 assists in 34 games so far!!!! Not as good as he once was.
Brilliant.

So you actually think our recruitment recently hasn't been good?
Gravenberch, Macallister, Sobz, Gakpo, Diaz, Konate.
Seems pritty good to me.

Recent signings being Mac Allister, Szoboszlai, Gravenberch, Gakpo and Nunez... Only one of which could be deemed not to be a roaring success (Nunez, who if you believe the rumours, was heavily requested by Klopp over the recruitment team's advice). The other 4 are all lighting up the league. If that doesn't count as a successful recruitment policy I don't know what does...

Yeah that was a bit of a strange comment! Our transfers tend to be pretty spot on for the most part.

Bradley is TAA mk 2, minus the pinpoint accuracy. Terrible defender. Elliot is a rat boy and jones was a test tube experiment to distill pure scouse . They’ll be lucky to have the career of Rafael etc…
