A few good boot up the holes required at half time

For me Gruev and Tanaka would have stopped this rot since we scored. I like Rothwell going forward but he’s limited otherwise. I much prefer Tanaka in that position with Gruev as the work horse.

We could lose this unless we change the midfield.

so why is aaronson still in the squad never mind starter

Need 3 points - 3 games in 6/7 days coming up from the 9th March.

I'd say we're lucky to be level and despite a good start Rothwell and Tanaka are not stopping WBA looking dangerous so maybe it's not pretty but Gruev does seem to be more effective in making us tighter and reducing the opposition threats so hopefully the 2nd half sees an improvement and we can still win this game.

Also agree. I’m defo not an Aaronson fan.

Can't blame Mes for the goal, the looping header was perfect and any goalie would have had to have been 15ft tall - Bogle missed Furlong at the back.

replay of the goal and ball is at least 4-5 feet over mes head and looping in, even one of the harlem globetrotters wouldnt have gotten to that. was poor defending and nothing more keeper could have done, anyone else who thinks mes could have got near it is as delusional as trump

I think I've underestimated the significance of Rothwell coming on after 60-70 minutes and playing excellently and changing the momentum of a game when obviously the opposition are more tired and thinking Rothwell from the start can have the same effect and we dominate which today against a play off contender we look 2nd best.

no hes just crap

We are playing against a team that really wants to win, has serious championship pedigree, is coming into form, and are well on top at this stage. Every time they have the ball in our half, they find space. And you can see how hesitant the defence is around Mes. Gruev is a good call, but I would like to see Gnont coming on too, to liven up our front line. Farke surprised us with his subs last time out, going early. More of the same today, please.

Bit like our team, haven't turned yet but still time

A nice nerve tingling stressful Leeds will they won't they do it 2nd half awaits me thinks....unless therez a significant improvement in their energy and intensity levels.

Seems like we started to believe we were untouchable after scoring first. We need to get back to what has made us so good so far this season ie. high press and winning the ball back quickly and not allowing sides to gain momentum as West Brom have done.

A draw is not the end of the world so important we remember that but hopefully we can nick this...Come on Leeeeeds
