You're hanging out the back of Ange. You're in no position to judge
Am I really 😂😂😂. Back to making up arguments Fridge? You're better than that. Maybe not actually..
Er, no, you wanted to give the guy about 300 more windows, or have you totally forgotten that.
3 windows. Let's stick to facts hey. I did but now I would rather review his position. I said this about a month ago.
And I still think the squad in three windows away from competing on all fronts.
If you quote me do it properly. You're out of your depth on here.

I didn't get that either but then it is Fridge. When you got your head up Poch's bum so far, you begin to talk like him and not make sense.
Rather Iraola than poch but wouldn’t mind either
In no uncertain terms is Ange to continue next season….even if he won the Europa he still needs to be binned (we will be out after the next round anyway and he will be sacked the next day is my opinion)
I don’t want to wait a year for poch though…..if he doesn’t come now he doesn’t come at all….we can’t afford to sit around waiting for him

Not sure he'd be tempted when he's on the brink of a home WC and the country hitting fever pitch along with kind draws to ensure they get to the later stages that might be the stepping stone to a bigger job than Spurs.
Iraola is nothing like Ange …..he is more like Poch when we first got him
Whether their tactics are similar is a different matter but Iraola sets his team up much better ….when I watch Bournemouth play I don’t see one pass opening them up or huge holes where a midfield should be
We have better midfielders than Bournemouth do ….yet they look miles better with and without the ball ….Ange has lost his way completely, he has tried to tweak it and made us look even worse

My point is that in terms of pressing and training demands, they're very, very similar and we're yet to see how Iraola can adapt to potentially dealing with far more football (which admittedly looks less likely for next season).
I'm not saying he's not a good option but the physical demands on playing for either manager is similar. The main difference tactically is that Iraola's strength is setting traps out of possession, meaning he has the ball less than Ange's teams do. I'd rather we were into controlling games more really so Ange, or traditional Angeball, still ticks the box on that front.
That's what makes this so difficult. I appreciate he's practically done but when we're good, we tend to be really good so it's so frustrating that it's not working. The component parts of the way we try to play are right but something is just off.
My feeling is that, although this is a long shot, if we win the Europa, I'd sooner give him another year. One more chance to get it right. I'm just not sure the ideal candidates to replace him are actually there. I worry about Iraola's ability to transition to a team expected to control games more. As for Silva and Frank, no thanks.
I think I'm just a bit tired of the managerial merry-go-round too. We start again and for what? To be here again in another two years?
And that is why I wanted(past tense) to give Ange 3 more windows. Mainly due to fact he has been left short in certain positions since he arrived. Selling Kane on the eve of that start of season and not replacing him, is one of a few examples.
No offence fridge but I can’t read you whinging all next season if Ange was kept on to keep it warm for poch 😂
I don’t want to read my own whinging either
Ange is done …..he can’t save himself …..I think the decision is already made
You don’t argue with your own fans several times and get to stay
I get your point about the demands being similar but say we were to get the same sort of injuries again under Iraola , I have more faith in him dealing with them as he has proved at Bournemouth he can …..probably due to their set up being much much better
Good. The board look like applying some common sense for once.
Similar style to Ange but clearly has more of a grip on organising his team than our manager does. If you swapped the 2 managers round do people think both clubs would be in the same positions? No question for me that they wouldn't.
Let's hope Iraola doesn't succeed too much for the rest of the season as he might not feel it's worth it leaving there for us.

You can count the number of times we've been good, as in through a whole game, on one hand this season. it's happened so infrequently that you start to think it's down to the opposition just having a bad day at the office. One of the performances would have been against Southampton too.
I get you might be talking about times when we're good during games but the reality is there is as much bad in most of our games as there is good.

I’d sacrifice a year of misery and everyone else’s having to listen to me if it meant getting Poch back. 😂
Hypothetically, if he did win the Europa, and I’m convinced we will given I’m in San Francisco with work and won’t be able to watch the final, you couldn’t realistically sack him. The optics would be awful. He’d have to have a stay of execution.
I'm glad Iraola it's Iraola instead of Marco Silva. The way he left Watford for Everton and then flopped hard, major red flag.
I would like to give Poch another go but only if ENIC have left.
Thomas Frank I would be fascinated to see what he could do.
Simone Inzaghi would be a good manager but would be "boring" - Gasperini plays the best football in Series A now that Spalleti is the national manager.
Just read Xavi being mentioned by John Wenham.
That would be an excellent appointment.
His philosophy, stature and connections would be a good fit in my opinion.
