Looks like Kulusevski is out of the final. We currently have no creativity available. We have next to no chance now.

A journalist who covers Man United called Samuel Luckhurst has tweeted something - our sources are all still saying he will be fine for the final.

I don’t agree with the no creativity thing anyway - Porro is the one who should be rested Friday, he creates loads for us.

I'm quite enjoying this Spurs over confidence creeping up as we get ever closer. Keep it going lads.

Was just about to say that it looks like it'll be a very comfortable victory for Spurs, based on their overwhelming personnel superiority.

United pundits are the same, loads of talk that United will win because it’s United, yadda yadda

Most fans see this as a 50/50 game which can easily go either way.

What's your combined XI then?

Our 11 is the Manchester United 11. There is nothing else that matters.

Combined teams are for 13 year olds who still play FIFA and live in la la land. What do they matter? It's a hypothetical scenario that will never ever see the light of day.

It won't come down to who has the strongest 11. It will come down to who turns up on the day, maybe who gets the breaks and has the biggest bottle.

Onana v Vicario is very close. Much of a muchness really, both are capable of making great saves but both make errors all the time.
Despite United fans love of Maz, it is a Spurs back 4 of Porro, Romero, VdV and Udogie for me.
Bentancur and Ugarte in midfield even though it is very slim pickings
Bruno Fernandes flanked by Johnson and Garnacho.
Solanke up front.

But that's of the fans, not the club or players, who are the only ones that have any effect on the outcome.

Yeah but this isn't about bias, it's about contacts. If he's heard that about Kulu, it will have come from a source of theirs, likely journos he knows connected to Spurs.

Forget what we say. Ange lies all the time. He said he thought Madders was a knock and he ended up with 3 months out. We also didn't hear anything from the club about Bergvall being out, until someone on Twitter got wind of it. I'd probably suggest that as things stand, there's a bloody good chance he's out of the final, leaving us truly blunt in midfield.

What is the actual point of them?

It's a nonsnese. Are we going to team up and take on Chelsea/Arsenal in a game?

It's pretty clear you're trying to do and cheer yourself up as you'd have more Spurs players. That's all fine mate.

I'd rather have two trophies in last two seasons than more players in a combined 11.

He's literally the only one reporting anything and this is the extent of it:

"However, sources say the Swede's chances of recovery in time for next Wednesday's final have since reduced."

He's got a good point. They're only for the likes of the BBC Sport page to drum up clicks and comments.

Kudos on a "Jog on then" comment, who needs debate and people replying to things on an internet forum, when we could all just stay silent if we disagree in any way

I'd throw big money behind it being true, purely based on our history lacking in transparency on these affairs.

Just like transfer rumours, we only listen to the ones we want to hear. The amount of times I've seen fans scoff at a journalist's suggestion we won't sign 'x' player, only for it to then be completely and utterly true.

It's a bit of fun, sparks a bit of discussion about players and performances and form etc. Also interesting notion of one team perhaps having the greater share of the XI but the other team out performing them or being faves to win.

I remember back in the day, when Spurs were on the verge of clinching top 4, last day of the season, i started seeing links appear in the morning on newsnow about a sickness bug hitting Spurs. Ignored the first few as bantz or click bait but then the internet was flooded with the storey and the rest is history!

So i can see your point, but i can also see the point of the MEN posting a storey that will appeal massively to both sets of fan, which is backed up by "sources say..."

Don't give Sky Ideas after this ridiculous Baller League....

Next thing will be a North v South PL clubs in an All star game. It's absolutely going to happen one day much to my despair.

Ergo someone saying "this is silly and the people who post this sort of rubbish need to grow up!" is adding to the debate.

I don't know who the Hotspur keeper is, but I'll take him, or his Mum, over Onana

Be a big blow for you to not have him or Maddison though. That's a lot of creativity missing.
