Seems incredibly harsh on Ange. A true football club wouldn't have sacked a manager after winning its 1st European trophy in 41 years.....but a business sacks a manager for 22 league defeats in a season and 78points from 66 league games.

Its name was Tottenham Hotspur in 1984.

Sadly the club, through its own “decisions” and Ange for the same reasons left our future and his on the flip of a coin result against an equally poor side leaving everybody with more questions than answers !. VDV could have missed that overhead kick, we could have lost on pens and there wouldn’t be a discussion to be had (even by you Sandy). I don’t believe the cup win makes Ange a legend but the fact the club allowed the club to go down the road of putting everything towards the cup win just shows how incompetent levy is re football matters

Managers do come and go. But I cannot be part of a club that thinks sacking managers that win trophies is good. It isn`t. Sometimes you have to draw a line in the sand, and call it a day. I will support the club from afar. They won`t be getting any of my money, until they learn that sacking managers that win trophies is not the way to go. I get sacking managers that don`t win trophies, that goes with the territory. But sacking winners is a no no for me.
