Only Spurs

He supports Nottingham Forest Football Club which is based in West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire, England.

I don't want to have to convince someone to join my club, if he thinks Notts Forest is a better place for him, that is his issue.

Heard a rumour about Paulinho from Bayern, ex Fulham guy. He is now 39, but could be the 6 we need. Would be out of character for Levy because of his age. Depends on price I suppose.

That Europa trophy has worked wonders for you

I don't mind this too much. MGW is a great player who would improve pretty much any team, but I was never convinced he should have been a priority for us this window. We have Maddison, Deki, Kudus etc all who provide options in the 10 role. We have more pressing concerns elsewhere on the pitch.

i reckoned them getting bumped up to europa plus a load of guilt tripping, was going to swing it, and seems was the case.

Right. Now go and spend the money on a position we actually need …..

Clearly he's been told the move is off. I wonder what the release clause is

Wonder if the new deal has a release clause

posted on 27/7/25

I could have told you this deal was never going to happen a while back. If he really wanted to come, he would have forced a move.

He went from having a medical at Spurs to signing a new three year deal with Nottm Forest. About as Spursy as it gets.

posted on 27/7/25

Not overly bothered.

Wasn't blown away when the initial reports of impending medical.

Douglas Luiz would be the one for me.

He not only adds bite and tenacity like Paulinho but he scores more goals.

Wouldn't mind either Luiz or Paulina.

But Luiz would be my first choice.

Haha fair. Gotta be tho init. Earn better money playing on the CL almost guaranteeing a spot in the squad for the World Cup or stay at Forest

Morgan is a human being, like all of us will have mixed emotions about most things!

He spoken in the past, as have his family, about his time in Nottingham coming from the reserves at Wolves and establishing himself as a top Prem player. It means a lot and he feels something for Forest.

The lad grew up in the West Midlands, he doesn't support Spurs or have any connect. So let's me honest, the appeal would be increased chance of England call ups and money. If Forest have matched the money then of course it's a 50/50 call for him

I know you won a trophy last year, was made up for you at the time. But let's be honest, yourselfs and Man U were strong favorites for early on! That's not the case this year. City/Liverpool/Arsenal/Chelsea are going to take some shifting from the CL places. There might a 5th place but I don't make Spurs favorites ahead of Villa or Newcastle.

Like it or not Spurs play any of the mid Prem teams it's a 50/50 outcome and so it is for players choosing if they want to move

Be hoping forest go down now. Horrible little club under that chairman.

We’ve gone from European champions to banter club in 6 weeks. Good old spurs.

Nothing changes until everything changes.

He's signed a 3 year deal though hasn't he?

Anyway, whatever, what's done done.
