And it's another appointment that borrows from the Manchester City brain trust (Torpey having led academy coaching at a time when City's youth system was churning out better players than ours).
No idea who this guy is, but looks to have good pedigree and experience.
Just read that Nick Cox is staying in position for a month to ensure a smooth transition. Looks like it has been well handled, and reinforces the impression of Cox as a class act.

Thank God the new guy's name is good for puns, as Cox was offering nothing in that regard.
Good signing if he produces the Class of 2025, terrible acquisition by Chemical Jim and not fit to put sheets of paper onto Nick Cox's clipboard if not.
I have never seen him coach.
