Nobody knows if Mount will be in or out for weeks, it's guess word so give it a rest.

What you really mean is " I don't understand why coaches and managers think he is a good player"

Mainoo is disgruntled and wants out for playing time.

Mainoo has the potential to be a far far better player than Mount.

You only have to look at the key moments both players have delivered at the club already. Mainoo is only 20 and has come up with huge huge goals in big games. Cup final, Lyon to make it 4-4, Liverpool at home, Wolves last minute winner to make it 4-3.

Mason Mount has done what? Barely anything.

Mainoo just isn’t as good as many think. I have to agree with diafol here.

Mount is a good player in this system but he’s a crock so it’s pointless. Hope Cunha is alright. He has the ability to be a real game changer.

Well you're both wrong. Hes only 20 and as I have already said......he's done more than £55m Mason Mount already.

When does Mount step up in big moments? Barely ever.

Going by your metric McT has many more game changing moments than mainoo. It’s a daft metric. We play better with mount than mainoo. Love Kobbie, but he’s been vastly overhyped, and it hasn’t helped him, I did wonder if tis would happen when some idiots were comparing him to Zidane (I mean that’s almost insulting to one of the greatest ever)

You are aware that Mason Mount is like 6-7 years older than him and also in his prime? Also cost us £55m.

Mount is an attacking player that doesn't score goals or make goals. He's just there to run around.

Give your head a wobble. Kobbie is a kid and already done better things for us. Youre incredibly incredibly harsh to such an extent I dont think you understand how stupid you sound.

Mason Mount is a bluffer. Kobbie will go onto to become a top top player. I hope it is for us but wouldn't shock me if its somebody else who benefits.

Oh and Id rather have Mctominay back over Mason Mount any day of the week. Literally no comparison there.

It's not a dig at Mainoo. It's just that the way we play now Mount is the better profile.

Indeed, I did mention is a year or so ago too. For all the praise of Mainoo he was involved in a lot of performances where we were overpowered in midfield even with three in there.

I'm not blaming him though. He's a young player who still needs time to grow. Apparently he has the dame agency as Henderson which may mean he's being badly advised. He has loads of talent though so let's hope he'll have a United team soon in which to show it

The massive and largely unwarranted overhyped has not helped Kobbie, you are part of that. He should have been introduced more gradually. He may go on to become top class, he might not. But I doubt he’ll come anywhere close to the pedestal you put him on.


Simply put, we’ve looked better with mount than Kobbie- as diafol said, so mount being injured (again) is not great news, though it might lead to a chance for sesko.

It was a hell of a bluff because he’s utter crap at football.

I did warn people Cunha was a potential crock. He's had a few niggly ankle and muscle injuries and a previous hamstring injury.
Last season he was injury free, but this was an anomaly

I thought Mount had a good game today. As for chances, he won the penalty that was wrongly disallowed and didn't he also put Mbeumo through on goal when he dragged the shot wide?

He isn’t. Foolish signing given his injury record and we didn’t need him then but he’s not a bad footballer in this system.
