Too much disharmony in the club right now to think about winning anything.
You arent going to win a league with a squad like ours where half the players have asked to leave. Just doesnt happen.

They're definitely on a better run than Aberdeen were at the start of last season and look a better outfit.
But as everyone else is saying, it's one thing going on a run of a dozen or so games playing well and winning but it's when they lose a wee bit of form that we'll see how serious they are as title contenders.

So an outside chance they collapse and another team is good enough to do anything about it. I'd agree.
Pretty sure Bloom will dial up the backing in January if it looks like a title is on the horizon so the injury crisis better happen soon.

I'm sure they would fancy beating any team in that CL champions route play-off.

Just keep repeating this after pretty much every game-we lack any creativity.
Rodgers isn’t helping himself with his team selections. Murray has been ok in some games-this was a big match to play 2 players that haven’t had a lot of senior game time though. Hatate is completely out of form, and we’ve nothing up front. Tounekti is flattering to deceive, and Balikwisha seems scared to take a man on.
Injuries are just showing up how poor our squad depth is, and our best chance was staying in touch until the January transfer window and hoping that we’d bring in some players to freshen things up. That chance looks gone, despite the chat about hearts having to go through a no doubt tough spell.
Saw some of the rangers game-biggest thing I took from it is that Killie’s back up goalie is absolutely dire. I’m not sure that’s even his position. Apart from that, they looked relatively comfortable from what I saw.
Hearts have got the luxury of no more domestic cup games for a few months and no European games to worry about. That could be significant.

Any team missing their only quality RB, only quality CB, only quality winger, and only quality strikers is going to struggle … big time. Having said that, BR is absolutely not helping the situation … with bizarre selections, sticking with players completely out of form, and of course just generally with his vvanky demeanour. A certain complacency about how we approach games had become entrenched long before this injury crisis, and that’s on the manager … end of.

Always had a short shelf life because of the guy he is, for him he's probably quite comfortable knowing at his next interview he can blame injuries and the board not investing rather than facing up to players going tone deaf to his man management once they see he's a phoney.

Absolutely. His sound bites are already loud and clear on those fronts. Did exactly the same at Leicester, where the fans wanted him gone LONG before he eventually departed … and he largely got a free pass from the media due to their incompetent owner.

Shame becuase a motivated rodgers backed by a competent board would be on for a treble with how things are in scotland right now.
He does need to abandon his love in for the guys that have failed him.
How many more bad games does hatate and macgregor need to have before they are dropped?

Aye, he certainly did. Much more like his old self. Still think he'd be better pushed further forward in central midfield, with an ACTUAL defensive midfielder playing his deeper position ... but I'm like a broken record on that.
