Arsenal team to face Bolton

------------------De Gea
-----------Ivanovic------Alex
-Sagna------------------------------Clichy
---------------Song---Toure
------------------Young
-----Silva------Van Persie-------Mata

BENCH
Kuszczak
Sakho
Torres
Denilson
Ben Arfa
Barrios
Bebe

TACTICS
From the outset, we will attack Bolton. We have the stronger side on paper so this is the way we will play. The full backs should attack, allowing the wingers to get inside and support Van Persie. Generally we will play fast football.

DEFENCE
Ivanovic and Alex have chemistry, having played together for Chelsea. Alex should stick tight to the main striker, using his pace to match. Ivanovic should go for the high balls and attack them, safety first and clear the ball quickly. Clichy and Sagna should drive forward when the opportunity arises, checking that they are not leaving the defense too vulnerable and there is adequate cover.

MIDFIELD
When we are in possession, Song should stay back. He should keep an eye on the full backs, and as they drive forward, be ready to cover for either of them as necessary. When we don't have the ball Song should try to take out their main playmaker, who will probably be Rosicky. Toure should play in a box to box role but also win possession for us. Young, Mata and Silva should all help out defensively as we revert to a 4-4-1-1.

ATTACK
Young, Mata and Silva should all constantly switch positions to confuse the Bolton defense. Van Persie should work the channels. We don't play with a target man as such, all of the players are capable of running at defenders and can shoot from range.

SET PIECES
Left Corner - Silva
Right Corner - Mata
Free Kicks - Alex/Silva/RVP
Penalties - Toure

SUBSTITUTIONS
If winning then bring on Denilson for Young, move to a 4-5-1/4-3-3 and try to close the game out.

If drawing then bring on Barrios for Young, move to a 4-4-2 with Barrios's height providing us with a new dimension and he should hold up the play.

If losing then bring on Barrios and Bebe for Song and Young. Bebe is a wildcard option, might provide that stroke of brilliance. Barrios, height as mentioned.

Wigan team to face Aston Villa

-----------------------Howard-------------------
--- Figueroa ---Carragher--- Nelson ----Kelly
------------------------Parker-------------------
---------Ryan Giggs-----------McCarthy-----
Welbeck------------------------------Elmohamady
--------------------Kevin Davis-------------

BENCH
Kirkland
Fabio Aurelio
Barton
Miereles
Delap
Owen
Rodallega

TACTICS
From the outset, we will attack Villa. We have the weaker so we will seek to control the tempo and take control of the game. The wingers will seek to get the ball on to Davis head or he will try to hold up the ball for McCarthy or Giggs to get on to we will also look to get the ball wide as much as possible. Generally we will play wide football.

DEFENCE

we know we have a slow set of CBs and that is why parker is there to cover them. Parker will track back to help .Carragher should try to stay to the main striker, using his ball reading skills to try to match. Nelson should go for the high balls and attack them, safety first and clear the ball quickly. Kelly and Figueroa should drive forward when the opportunity arises however also when the Aston villa team are attacking come inside to cover the slower players.

MIDFIELD
When we are in possession, parker should stay back. He should keep an eye on the full backs, and as they drive forward, be ready to cover for either of them as necessary. When we don't have the ball Parker should try to take out their main playmaker. we should play it out wide to put it in the box because there defenders are not the tallest at the same time McCarthy will be bombing into the box waiting for the knockdown or the ball held up for him by Davis if he cant get a header/shot away . Giggs should also look to ping balls into the box to Davis

ATTACK

We play with a target man as such, because our striker Davis will look to header down and is big and strong he will look to shot and header at goal if there is a chance but McCarthy will be running into the box to help so the header/ pass back will be used

SET PIECES
Left Corner -Giggs
Right Corner - Giggs
Free Kicks – Davis/Giggs/ Elmohamady
Penalties - Davis

SUBSTITUTIONS
If winning then bring on Owen for Welbeck or Giggs , move to a 4-4-2

------------------------Howard-------------------
-Figueroa ---Carragher--- Nelson ----Kelly
-Welbeck/Giggs---- Parker ------McCarthy----- Elmo
----------------Owen---------Kevin Davis-------------

Parker tracking back and McCarthy bombing forward Davis playing to either Owen of McCarthy but the wingers putting in early crosses not running up the full way

If drawing then bring on Barrios for Miereles and Owen for Kevin Davis for move to a 4-1-2-1-2 looking to play fast football on the floor

-----------------------Howard-------------------
--- Figueroa ---Carragher--- Nelson ----Kelly
------------------------Parker-------------------
---------Ryan Giggs-----------McCarthy-----
--------------------- Miereles
------------- Welbeck -- Owen -------------

If losing then bring on Aurelio, Delap, Rodallega for Nelson, Parker and Welbeck then I will switch Aurelio with Figueroa and move to a 4-4-2 when playing like this im sure you see both front men are tall and with Delap on the field his throw ins will get the ball into the box McCarthy will bomb forward to help out putting pressure on the defense.

------------------Suarez

Subs:
Thibault Courtois
Sotirios Kyrgiakos
Frank Lampard
Lucas Leiva
Ander Herrera
Andy Carroll
Romelu Lukaku

Free Kicks: Luis Suarez
Penalties: Javi Martinez
Corners: Charles N'Zogbia
Captain: Giorgio Chielini

We will be looking to play at our own tempo, moving the ball back and forth and looking to create spaces.

Reina will come out to collect crosses. When he gets the ball he will look to through out to the FBs.

Johnson and Adriano will look to get forward whenever possible and support the attack, getting into good crossing positions and looking for players in the box. When defending they will use their pace to stop the wingers from feeding the strikers, get tackles in. Chielini and Skrtel will use their strength to get at the strikers and disrupt their rhythm. Win all the aerial battles and get strong tackles in to stop them getting past. When on the ball play it to Diarra.

Diarra should look to break up newcastles attacks, watching the AM and closing him down quickly to stop him linking play. He will come deeper to receive the ball off the CBs and bring it forward to start attacks looking to keep us moving. Martinez and Wilshere should look to be moving around linking everything up, keeping the ball moving and dictating the tempo to suit us, they will look for the clever one twos and balls into strikers to create chances. They will both help to close down midfielders when out of possession. We want the midfield 3 working like Barcas.

Sturridge will come inside to support the CF, linking play around the box and getting in on goal, dont be afraid to shoot. Nzogbia should run at the FB and cross for players in the box, come inside to link up. Suarez will look to move around in a messiesque role and link everything together and take people on.

Subs:

If Winning: Frank Lampard on for Wilshere 70' to add more experience to midfield keep things going. Lucas on for Lass 75'. Lukaku on for N'Zogbia and go upfront to give is someone to hold the ball up, 75'.

If Drawing: Frank Lampard and Andy Carroll on for Martinez and Nzogbia, Carroll upfront use his height to our advantage 70'. Herrera on for Diarra to add some more creativity, Adriano will stay back more 80'.

If Losing: As above except Lukaku comes on for Johnson 80' and we go 3-2-3-2:

Reina
Chielini Skrtel Adriano
Diarra Wislhere
Sturridge Lampard Suarez
Carroll Lukaku

MAN CITY vs man united (they don't deserve capitals because they are united)

------------------------------ Hart ---------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------
van der Wiel ---- Kompany --- Vermaelen ---- Criscito
----------------------------------------------------------------
------------- Fellaini ----- De Jong ----- Milner ----------
----------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------ Cesc ---------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------- Dzeko ------ Tevez ------------------

Subs: Taylor, Boateng, Toure, Wright-Phillips, Ramsey, Balotelli, Santa Cruz.

TEAM TALK: This United team isn't great. The fans want the game so we will dictate the play and with our balanced line up, we are perfectly capable of that.

DEFENCE: Hart is a brilliant keeper, England's number one. He will command his area and be strong in the area, his normal game. VDW and Criscito will go up as wingbacks because of the lack of wingers, but will also defend strongly and keep an eye on their man. Kompany and Vermaelen are no nonsense defenders who are quick, so they will shut out the opposition at all times.

MIDFIELD: DeJong is the anchor man, who is also no nonsense. He will shut out attacks and protect the backline by dropping. Fellaini will look to win the ball back from the opposition, and join in attacks aswellas supporting the defence. Milner will help Cesc and join attacks, and will be the box to box midfielder. Cesc will look to play off the frontline, and fashion out chances for him and the attack. Cesc is brilliant, and will dominate the game, no doubt.

ATTACK: Dzeko and Tevez together is heaven. Tevez will be the work horse, running all over the place and look to bring Dzeko into play. Tevez is the trequartista and he can also dominate the game. Dzeko will be the target man, and people will look to play the ball to his head and feet. These two will compliment each other, and at all times work together.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Winning (70mins) Toure > Milner. Toure will play in a 5 man backline as we look to keep hold of the lead. 5-3-2 formation.
Drawing/Losing (70mins) Balotelli > Milner. Balotelli plays in a 3 man attack and we look to get the winner/equaliser. 4-3-3 formation.

COME ON CITY!!!!

--Bardsley--Kjaer-------------------------Ferdinand--Richardson-

---Kuyt--------------------------------------------------------Sessegnon-

--------------------------------Gyan--------------------------------------------

Subs

S.Mignolet

M.Turner

B.Knott

M.Angeleri

M.Kilgallon

F.Campbell

Bojan

TACTICS:

Kjaer will man mark the main striker and should be able to deal with him due to his height, power and pace. But its vital he sticks tight to him and doesn’t give him any space or any time on the ball. He should also look to win most battles in the air and he should ultimatly mark him out of the game. Ferdinand will watch for runners from midfield (if Chelsea play 1 up-front) or the second striker. The full-backs will look to get forward and attack when possible. We will play a direct style of football, with attacks starting from the back.

The central midfield trio will need to tackle hard and look to win the ball back for the team. They sit in front of the back 4, and provide the vital protection and balance a winning team needs. They will look to dominate the game and will be the key to picking up the 3 points today. Malbranque plays the most advanced of the three, and will given a free role today so he can be on top form. He is the main link between the midfield and the attack, so won’t track back so he can give them as much service as possible. He will work the Chelsea back 4 constantly, attacking them when he has the ball and running into the channels are creating space when off the ball.

Kuyt and Sessegnon will look to get the ball down and attack the Chelsea defence. They will look to mix it up throughout the game, sometimes running wide and whipping balls in for Gyan, and sometimes cutting inside and having a run at the defence or taking a shot themselves.Gyan will be the 'complete striker'. When the defence or the midfielders get the ball, he will be the target man, winning flick-ons for Kuyt and Sessegnon. However when one of the wingers get the ball, he becomes a poacher, looking to pick up on anything which we create.

Subs

If losing with twenty minutes to go, Bojan on for Zenden, Malbranque goes DM with Cattermole, Sessegnon and Kuyt on the wings and Gyan and Bojan up front.

With ten minutes to go, Knott on for Sessegnon, Richardson goes to where Sessegnon was and Knott goes to LB. Knott is a former Chelsea youngster with fantastic pace, power, strength, fitness and shooting ability, and I expect him to prove to me he should get a first team place.

my tactics

Chelsea vs Sunderland
........................Cech...........................
.Lahm........Djourou......Luiz........Cole....
...............Essien.....Obi.......................
..Robben..........Stevie G........Malouda........
.......................Torres...........................
Subs: Turnbull, Van Aanholt, Bruma, Kalou, Benayoun, Anelka, Drogba
(if drawing or losing at 65mins: move to 4-3-3, Robben to LW, Kalou on – Malouda)
(if winning 1-0 at 75 mins: move to 4-4-1-1, Gerrard LM, Drogba on – Malouda at CF)
Or…
(if winning by 2-0+ at 85 mins: Benayoun + Kalou on – Essien + Robben)

Tactics:
Djourou is the tallest defender and will mark the tallest opponent in the box for set plays and crosses. Lahm and Cole are great a getting forward and will be urged to travel with the ball and get crosses in aiming for Torres or the far post. Luiz and Djourou will both go up for corners Djourou posing the aerial threat and Luiz looking for a rebound or the loose ball.

Mikel and Essien will look to take as much pressure as possible off of the defence, Essien the more defensive looking for through balls to Gerrard and Torres, but also direct balls over to Robben and Malouda. Mikel will look to keep possesion and play to what he can see with the occasional over the top to the wingers. Gerrard will look to link with Torres like at Liverpool playing balls for Torres to run onto but also play to his head when looking to counter. Gerrard will be the engine of the team and defend as well as attack, shooting from distance when in space and range. Robben and Malouda will run at the full-backs and look to go past them and get the ball fizzing across the box to Torres. Malouda will be urged to stick in his left channel and take on his player, but Robben should always keep the cut inside option open for a left foot strike on goal.

Torres is the lone striker but will be strongly supported by Gerrard, Malouda and Robben. Torres should use his pace to run with the ball or onto the ball but should also pose an aerial threat with his height advantage. If given a yard of space Torres should shoot if in distance and keep a sometimes shaky Gordon on his feet.

Overall mentality will be to control the game, being wary of the counter attack. We will play with a slightly narrower width to make use of our 3 central players and give Robben the cut inside option. Passing will be shorter and we will look to keep possession with the occasional ball over the top or long through balls. A quick tempo will be urged by the players to spread the sunderland team.

Liverpool V Newcastle
Newcastle Tactics:

...Dempsey..................A.Johnson....
......... ...Chamakh.Hernandez..................

Subs:
GK Steve Harper
CB Richard Dunne
LB- Jose Enrique
LM/RM-Jonas Guitierrez – Dempsey (80)
DM/CM-Emannual Frimpong – Cabaye (60)
ST Demba Ba – Chamakh (55)
ST C.Vela

Foster has been strong all season he is a great shot stopper which will come into account in this game.

Neville – Phil Neville has been outstanding for Everton this season a real leader and will use his experience to stop attacking play down the right hand side for Liverpool.

Hangeland has been strong all season at the back and triumph’s in the air against teams he will use this threat not only in attack but in defense too heading out crosses and long balls forward.

Dann has been strong for Birmingham and has been their best defender this season, he’s strong and powerful and has pace to chase and beat Liverpool attackers to the ball.

Gibbs is fast and strong he’ll hault attacks down the left with pace. And will look to surge down the wing putting in dangerous crosses.

Diaby + Cabaye – Diaby is strong and will hold up the ball and look to pass out wide to Dempsey whilst cabaye looks to run forward and link up with Johnson.

Dempsey + A.Johnson Dempsey was fulhams top scorer come the end of the season and will be looking to cut inside, have a shot, or play into chamakh’s feet. Johnson will be looking to run down the line and put in dangerous crosses for both strikers to attack.

Chamakh + Hernandez: Chamakh will be heading long balls on for Hernandez to chase down with his pace. Chamakh will be running into the box to attack crosses in the air. And hold the ball up. Hernadnez’s pace will cause trouble for Liverpool’s slow CB’s

……..…G.Agbon……………M.Arteta……

Green will look to get rid of the ball fast, helping break quick, the fast and attacking full backs will help drive the ball forward and add attacking threat to the side. Naldo will be the rock at the back, just looking to challenge and bully the target man they put up against us. Koscielny will read the game, and deal with the technical players, take a look at Barcelona for example. MVila will be a dog in the middle, looking to pressurize and close all the time, his presence will disrupt the attack minded players on there side. Cahill will push forward and support the striker, almost playing as an SS, while Makoun will look to sit deeper and rougher the oppenents up. Agobn should be our outlet that we should feed on the floor, he can run onto the ball, also Bent can and link up, but Bent lurk in box. Arteta pinpoint passing will be able to pick out Bent. Bent should play on the shoulder always looking to lose his man. Sneaking into good positions.

-------------------Reina

--------------Lass--Wilshere
Sturridge------Lampard-----Suarez
-------------------Carroll

Subs: Thibault Courtois, Glenn Johnson, Lucas Leiva, Javi Martinez, Charles N'Zogbia, Ander Herrera, Romelu Lukaku

Corners: Frank Lampard
Free Kicks: Luis Suarez
Penalties: Frank Lampard
Captain: Giorgio Chielini

Today we face a tough game, we will try and be more compact and use our power and pace upfront.

Reina will look to command his area and collect crosses. Launch the ball forward for Carroll to get us on the attack.

The CBs will use their strength to mark the CF out of the game, head any crosses away and get strong challenges in on the ground don't give him space. Get the ball out to the wings or up to Carroll when you win it. Adriano will look to attack down the right, getting forward into the space and put crosses in for Carroll, when defending use his pace and force the winger backwards, get quick tackles in. Agger will stay back and stick to the winger, he should look to use his strength to get him off the ball and stop him delivering crosses in.

Lass will be the DM, he will sit in midfield and break up the play, staying tight to the AM and getting tackles in, not giving him space. He will cover Bale when spurs counter, helping to double up on him. He should look to keep the ball moving when we have it. Wilshere will help break up play in midfield and then drive the team forward looking for balls out to the wings and creating gaps in the defence. Lampard should be looking to move around finding the space, linking play and arriving late in the box to attack crosses and loose balls.

Sturridge will come inside to support Carroll, which will drag players out of position and free up space for Adriano. He should link the play around the area and get in on goal, using his pace to take any chance that comes his way. Suarez will use skill and pace to take the FB on and beat him, get crosses into Carroll or make runs off his flick ons. Look for Lampard when he makes his runs.

Carroll will stay high up the field all the time looking to beat the CBs in the air to flick the ball on and attack crosses, he can hold it up and bring players around him into space.

Subs:

If Winning: 70' Lucas on for Wilshere. 80' Lukaku and Martinez for Carroll and Lampard to add fresh legs.

If Drawing: Nzogbia and Lukaku for Sturridge and Carroll 70' Nzogbia and Suarez swap wings and roles, Lukaku can use the ball better. Martinez on for Wilshere 80'

If Losing: Same as above except Nzogbia for Adriano 80' and go to 3-4-3, Martinez on at 70' for Wilshere:

Reina
Chielini Skrtel Agger
Diarra
Suarez Lampard Martinez(central)
Sturridge Nzogbia(wingers)
Lukaku
