The reason i liked casino better was the fact there was hardly any trust between the characters so you never really knew what to expect whereas goodfellas just seemed to document how a mob worked and profited until the end where it all went t!ts up.
That's true, the mistrust and paranoia were down to the characters' personas rather than drugs - as in Goodfellas.
Still the scene towards the end of Goodfellas when Henry's wife is going to meet Jimmy... just brilliant.
Man, I want to watch it tonight now!
