45 years is a long time, i was going to say it could be another 45 years but i would be lying.
How many times in that 45 years have you been in the European Cup/Champions League and how many failures does that add up to?
We got to another final which we narrowly lost to a very talented Feyenoord side
Also made the last 4 and 8.
So...
How many times in those 45 years have City won it, or made the final, it semi-final, or quarter final, or made it pïssed the first stage, or qualified. In fact how many times in the years prior to 1967 did city win it, or even qualify (ooh that's right, you had to be domestic champions to do that)

Aye you're right.. they're no all mercenaries who don't know how to play football against the very best
You qualify by default because you're in a tinpot league but despite the oppurtunity given to you almost by default ever season, you still fail.
We qualified by beating the Finnish and Swedish champions we're there on merit.
You qualified by spending billions on players so that you could win a league by a goal, and still can't beat the best (and average) teams of Europe.
Man City are chronic failures, it's built into the DNA of the club
A lot of people are getting it wrong here, Celtic are a European powerhouse with recent performances against the very best justifying that tag.
