I actually think Nukes to more good than harm. They scare everyone into not attacking each other.
The real threat is an AK and a bomb capable of blowing up a bus, that drums up war, the nuke does the opposite.

Furthermore, it has become more and more evident that the aid is not reaching the people who need it most in North Korea.
