Now how do I know that you're really troubled?

Because satisfaction and peace of mind can only be found in the knowledge and practice of truth.
We may lie to our friends and pretend to be happy and at peace, but if a mans's happiness has to depend on having money and friends and watching football and all other things, he would never be truly happy.

It is this happiness that people who have found it want others to know about.

This is different from religious: the selfish politicizing of the search for truth.

Up till this moment, I am still waiting for a scientific proof that shows how the cell of a snake could evolve to become a lizard. Send me a link if you have found one and i don't mean just theories.

Fair enough.

I would have thought if he does have that ability, he would have been well known outside of Nigeria so I could have checked him out. That ability you say he has would actually disprove some people that I know beliefs in god and what they base that on, hence why I was curious.

I agree Libya is destabilised but the West did not have exit policies in Iraq or think about the consequences afterwards. Evil dictatators need taking out, from Hitler (unfortunately nobody did that) to Saddam to Gadaffi.

Actually Darwin never believed evolution completely.

One reason was this:
Evolution is not supported by the existence of organs or tissues, like the eyes, which function depends on every part of it being fully developed from the onset.

In fact Darwin user this very example as a setback to his theory.

We should subject them to reflections, same way we subjected our observations on nature to reflections to give rise to science.

you are just ignorant. and snakes evolved from lizards not the other way. Basic cell structure is not that different between snakes and lizards, when species evolve all the cells in their body doesnt change. only the ones need to adapt to the enviromet change

Religious studies was a great GCSE subject. It works towards more philosophy than learning about religions like how it's taught at primary schools.

Instead it was mainly about ethics and using religious beliefs as examples to certain schools of moralistic thought. Basically the main thing was about arguing points about what's morally right or wrong.
