OK keep sucking FSG off for blessing us with an injury prone defender and leaving us with a razor thin squad because they have to sell a load of squad players to even afford a single signing these days.

As it stands the squad is bigger than last year and we made a single signing before selling anyone.

No it’s 2 players, so don’t see it being all over the park.

They have added players though, I’ll wait till the window closes before slitting my wrist and abandoning the season.

I'm not confident personally. Think it's as likely we end up with no more signings as two more. We aren't going to be overpaying for players.

Having 17 foreigners is a definite issue. Looks like Shaq is nailed on to leave and although I think Elliot is going to be given his minutes I do think we will bring in a one senior player in a different position.

I am still happy with the squad but it would be nice to add one or two more for sure.

It does work, its a big flashy gross spend that hooks in the morons like Robbing, but when you dig deeper I've actually lost a million in assets in exchange for making my (FSGs) bank balance bigger. Sorry you don't have the capacity to understand it.

If someone spends a million on a house then that is a big spend (obviously depending where you are in the country). Having more money available on top doesn't lower the spend you actual reeetard. If Jeff bezos buys a Lamborghini it doesn't make it a rubbish cheap car just because he can afford more!

Having supported the club for 40 years, it baffles me that the owners can develop us commercially, develop us in terms of infrastructure/stadium, bring in one of (if not the) best managers of my lifetime, support and develop the team, deliver our first title in 30 years, deliver a CL win and give us some of the most exciting games and performances in my memory...... and yet - still criticised!

It's astonishing the level of entitlement some of our fans have. Just absolute spoilt brats.

I don't really understand the Adrian contract in isolation tbh but I do understand we need a 3rd keeper.

I imagine replacing him with an English one would be hugely expensive and we already have a youth in Kelleher so two back up kids probably not wise.

I don't think there is anything clandestine though because that would make me a borderline sociopath.

Likely just kept a good pro who knows the club and is popular.

Can only think theyre confident theres enough interest in him and they can make a few mill in jan or next summer?
