Don’t think so personally. I think the no1 partnership will always be VVD and Matip, and they’ll be together for the bigger games.
Yeah i think we'll revert to it but we have norwich in the efl cup after today then brentford then porto all in the next 10 days
then its a 5 day gap to city where i think we'd go back to matip vvd

Feck off, you can’t stand Liverpool so stay away.
How was the game? Just got back from the golf course.
Good result, 3 goals resulting from corners.
Solid performance from a completely different back 4, milner was immense given his role.
Keitas goal is bound to help his confidence, and it was a great hit.
Special mention to Salahs header for manes goal, unlucky that wasn't directly in tbh

Good result and on my way back, enjoyable game to see live. Fair play to Palace who had a proper go and made a real game of it, they caused us quite a few problems throughout. Scoreline harsh on them in the end.
Looks like they will be more attacking under Viera which is good to see, a positive for the entertainment of the league and I hope he does well.
Thought we weren’t great performance wise but to be expected to have a bit of a hangover from midweek so totally understandable and we got the job done.
We had a number of games like that last season where the game drifted for long periods at 1-0 and we ended up dropping points usually because of poor errors at the back. That’s the difference having a quality defence and keeper gets you, in those tricky periods we don’t gift soft goals away and eventually you get a bit of luck from corners like we did today. Great to have defenders back who are real threat in the oppo area and cause problems at set pieces.
Shout outs for Tsimikas (motm), Alisson and Milner who were fantastic today.
Alisson has started the season in great form. Shows how much his personal issues must have been affecting him at times last season and how being able to get home over the summer must have helped him.
Konate struggled a bit with Édouard when he came on.
Good to have four quality defenders and Salah is a machine. City dropping points is a good start of the weekend.

I don't think so. Have you seen them midweek against Bayern. They were dreadful and were lucky it wasn't 0-6. Barca are in bad state financially and they have some average forward players.
