Wirtz is a great upcoming player who could be the next big thing from the BL. He is a typical Barca type of player.

whoever has been doing it has been doing a good job snapping up elliott gordon tht polish lad etc.

They certainly have, The youth looks more exciting than i can every remember atm. Bringing them in around 16 seems like a solid plan
three really good debuts tonight
Bradley - Signed two years ago from NI
Gordon - Signed this year from derby
Morton - Came through the youth
cant sign young foreigners anymore
i think frauendorf is the last one until rules change
Enjoyed that game last night. Fun stuff. Morton looks like he has all the time in the world on the pitch. Underrated ability for someone in his position.
Aye Morton kid impressed me most cause i didnt know a thing about him. He quietly went about his business but looking back at it he never put a foot wrong as excellent positionally and awareness etc. Put Keita and Ox to shame really.
I thought Jones did ok there but played better when Morton came on and he pushed further up. Gotdon moved to mf, he wasnt bad wide either but did far better job centrally than ox too. Ox improved a bit out wide with what seemed like freedom to cut in but still pathetic display really.
Bradley was excellent really grew into the game contender for motm but i felt gomez got it personally.
Minamino did alright took his goals well, some good passes and good play and some not so good.
Tsimikas proved again for me robbo is in trouble. Robbo btw came on didnt convince showed he cant use his right foot at all again and was far too deep compared to teamates keeping players onside too. Shocking corners, tsimikas crosses are putting his to shame recently. If it was down to me tsimikas would be starting over him atm.
Have to agree in Inbefore here I'd be tempted to start Tsimikas ahead of Robertson at the moment the latter is having a bit of a bad stretch of form whereas Kostas is excelling.

I went to Liverpool v Augsburg with about 40,000 in the stadium as it was just before the main stand and not sold out and getting away from the stadium was horrendous.
Surely they'll need to do something with the infrastructure to support this?
any chance we get the last 2 stands done after this? if we chuck enough money at it surely we can.

There was talk about renovating a station nearby no?
As well as that, you would imagine roadworks done as part of the expansion would probably take such issues in to account
Tsmikas looks great but Robbo still far ahead defensively imo. Thought it was a penalty at the weekend myself.
Way too early to talk about Tsimikas displacing Robbo but he does seem a bit better going forward.
I'm just glad we can finally rest and rotate Robbo, he must be knackered after the past couple of years.
Yeah Robbo has plenty of credit in the bank to still be number 1 but hes got some serious competition

I thought there were recommendations that away fans were encouraged to be put into the bottom tier/behind the goal now at football grounds?
I could be completely wrong but I'm sure I've read previously that the PL were attempting to implement this?
So Anfield Road will be completed in time for 23/24 season.

Doesn't happen at OT, Emirates or Ethiad. Our fans are hidden in some corner.
The fans at both the Etihad and Emirates are in the bottom tier though.

Right in the firing line eh?
Since the sharp rise in wholesale gas prices - which firms complain they are unable to pass on to customers because of a price cap on energy bills - a number of small companies have collapsed, affecting more than one million customers.

Love how the energy companies are blaming the price caps on them being unable to pass on the price rises to the customers. That’s the whole point of the cap, you feckin doughnuts
