Fair enough.
I do get you in fairness. There's very few musicals I've liked, which is why I've never got round to watching much of most of the classical musicals.
There's one called Umbrellas of Cherbourg, which has no dialogue at all, every line's sung Can't get into that at all.
This LaLaLa, it's a romance. You barely notice the songs after the first couple (I'm not even sure there are many).
Not saying you'd like it, but it's worth putting on the list to give a try sometime that's all I'm saying. It's one that has a genuine emotional impact (well on me anyway).
But if not of interest, I respect that
And point taken about banging on about musicals, which I hadn't intended on anyway, was just saying I wanted to double check I wasn't missing anything great (I've already crossed 4 of those ones off I mentioned).

Ok, and I’ve said this before, each to their own.
If people dig musicals, so be it, I just can’t do them.
Same with Zombie films, just doesn’t interest me.

I’m scarred from childhood, and while the family loved their musical movies, I was the black sheep that didn’t get it. Yes, I get it may come across as ignorant, but I just don’t vibe with musicals in movies.

It’s a bit different going to watch a stage musical. At least there’s an experience to be had, though not one I’ve ever had or have any desire to.

The wife has suggested it a few times and I just scoff and tell her to find someone else to go with.
