So Guv, you thinking something like, she’s dreaming Anakin, so we go down memory lane.. then she wakes, and see’s the map burned into her hand and she finds a way to get to Thrawn.
Purgill prehaps..or hitches a ride with Hera, and we back on track.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The sequels (well 2 and 3) gave me strong Harry Potter vibes with the linked minds crap. Wouldn’t surprise me if this is another HP style bit where the hero ‘dies’ get a pep talk from their mentor and comes back stronger.
I agree with Guv - force dream. Anakin will free her from any guilt and tell her how amazing she is - from the trailer “you can do this Ahsoka, I know you can”. She’ll awake and go ass-kicking with a new focus. That would be my guess anyway.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
She'll have new focus and new power too.

If she does come back with new power (very likely) then they'll need a new enemy as counter-point and threat, particularly for the planned film.
She's already shown she can beat Baylan and for obvious reasons, that character won't be involved any more, so there needs to be a sith/dark side user to rival Ahsoka.
So, loosely following HttE, it's quite likely Thrawn comes back with a dark side clone? Lots of options there. Lots of interesting options. Hope to hell it's not Anakin.

If episode 5 is Anakin heavy, they need to improve the deaging because he didn't look good. They've done it well with Luke in Mando, so I'm surprised they dropped the standards for this show.

Corrider Crew did it far better. But that was a experienced crew adding to the leg work already done on a longer budget being very specific.
these shows dont have those sorta budgets to do all the additional work they do and technology cant replace them yet.

I disagree.
The Luke scene with him training Grogu looked good to me and seeing him and hearing the voice brought back a lot of nostalgia.
They just need to put the budget behind it.

Could be another fun guessing game. Not that we ever get it right!
Nightsister connection, maybe a Savage clone? That would be pretty cool.
Or a wild and slightly deranged Windu clone would be good
Indiana Jones people - Disney have the tech, maybe just not in budget for a TV series.
The Harrison Ford deaging was on the money

Na it not there for me yet , thats why they keep it as minimal as possible. pan out for speech, have the character move as little as possible, have their surrounding be as still and no light changing as possible.
As soon as they start speaking or moving its very obvious to me.
De aging is different to what they did with Luke
But will be honest the Anakin deaging just looks like make up rather than so much CGI

I don't get why Hayden can't just look like an older Anakin. We don't need him to continue to look like episode 3 or episode 2.

As good as it was t have Luke in it , they did get caned a bit for the way he looked especially the mouth. So you understand them perhaps being a bit more cautious. Sometimes they forget they are making SW, and eve just 1% of the fanbase is a helluva lot of fans!
there is also a shed load of hate for SW out there also !

All good options. It's most likely to be Ezra I'd have thought. Clone Ezra returns with Thrawn and everybody thinks he turned to the dark side apart from Ahsoka who spent the most time with clones and sees him for what he is.
Not particularly imaginative misdirection but probably most likely imo.

I am curious to see how they handle Ezra and I hope they don't ruin Thrawn.
They're also hinting at Hera's son being force sensitive which might link him to a future movie.

If episode 5 is Anakin heavy, they need to improve the deaging because he didn't look good. They've done it well with Luke in Mando, so I'm surprised they dropped the standards for this show.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I wish they would leave it ..... it not a stage that its passable to me.
Even Luke was pretty obvious. technology isnt there yet IMO.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I’ve seen independent deep fakes of Luke that were better
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Corrider Crew did it far better.

This was an iconic moment in SW history.

I think the clone angle is the most likely.
Knowing Disney, Thrawn has a clone of Rey.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't know whether to laugh at that or fear it....

Clones I would accept:
Savage
Ventress
Krell
Quinlon Voss

Yep it didn't look right.
I don't get why Hayden can't just look like an older Anakin. We don't need him to continue to look like episode 3 or episode 2.

As good as it was t have Luke in it , they did get caned a bit for the way he looked especially the mouth. So you understand them perhaps being a bit more cautious. Sometimes they forget they are making SW, and eve just 1% of the fanbase is a helluva lot of fans!
there is also a shed load of hate for SW out there also !

good point about the aging thing , just have him play himself real time. you could argue how the force ad the stress of being him could age him !
