Interesting to see what happens with Baylon. Building his character and seems they don't have any intention of killing him off in the final episode.

But then of course we know he is dead in real life now so will they bring in a new actor or bump him off early next season?

I say recast, with Gerald Butler in the role… he nail it too… and the great character that Ray Stevenson embodied, will be the template, for any actor taking on the role…
It’s a damn shame, but if they made a movie with Baylon in, there could’ve been some serious discussion about Awards.. this character, is just so meaty of a role for any Actor.

I would expect some big moments but nothing that ties everything up.

episode 8

An offensive on the tower with the star destroyer. Some waving of lightsabers. Shin looking startled(for a change). Oh a clip of wren and ezra practicing together. Baylon just leaves. Rebels can't get to Thrawn. Last minutes star destroyer and maybe additional fleet hyperspace it out of there headed to destroy the Republic

Maybe not a complete cameo but I can see Ahsoka contacting Luke by hologram - tease him for S2 (or the film).

Predictions for the finale?

I think season 1 has been an enjoyable watch. It's had some great moments, introduced new characters and delivered on the nostalgia and references. The weakest elements have been around the writing, the action and some characters failing to live up to expectations.

7 episodes in, I'd give Ahsoka a solid 7/10.

its hard to see what the are building up to exactly ... I think the episode isnt gonna be a big send off episode but more a build up to a cliff hanger.

its been a solid 6/10 for me if I had watched the other stuff required it would most likely be a 7 for me too I assume
