Do you mean George Osborne? And the Emergency Budget/£30bn increase in taxes and spending cuts
------------------
If article 50 was invoked already I would say that a new budget would have been drafted quite quickly.
As it stands, nothing has changed, article 50 will be a year or more away so there's plenty of time for Osborne to get his budget comprehensively considered.
What has evaporated, is the £350m to the NHS, the notion of leaving the single market and leadership from the leave campaigners - from vote leave.

Why was anyone who's not an mp campaigning so hard for it?
-------------
Did anyone else that was not "officially" part of the referendum debate produce a billboard campaign like UKIP + Farage?
Wasn't ukip, it was part of leave.EU which had a lot of funding
But here's the thing, as you say, Farage is not an MP - why was he campaigning so hard for this, was it out of the goodness of his heart?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm quite interested in your answer
----------------
It wasn't for the working class man, put it that way. His next position/role will highlight the answer exactly.
Ukip is moving to the working class, its partly why garage left. People act like Boris chose to not go for pm out of his own freewill, gove pretty much forced him
Farage has been campaigning for 20+ years to leave the EU he was always gonna have a big role in the campaign. Doesn't mean he decides what happens next, it's up to the next PM.

20+ years of campaigning against the EU, yet he had to manufacture a shot of Syrian refugees in Slovenia last year to make a point.

Why not? People on both sides were passionate about their views, it's not surprising that someone campaigning for decades about something cares about it quite a lot.
Considering Farage has spearheaded UKIP, a mainly single issue party that wants us out of the EU, do we really have to explain why he campaigned to leave the EU?
All the people that voted UKIP in European elections would expect no less either. Campaigning himself out kf a job, how many politicians do that?
We vote out, job done for him. Nothing to run away from as he is not a regular MP, nor a member of the governing party.
