Someone who can develop our clearly talented youngsters, someone who isnt afraid to attack or blame everyone else for his negative tactics.

No, give him more time if he fails to get CL.1 seasons ridiculous, unless you are stitched up like Moyes was.
Progress...harder to beat alright. Creativity bit better. Transfer spending was a bit unwise buying poggy when 2 other players could have come in for that cost, especially seeing poggy has been pretty poor.
But we have made some progress. For the money spent? Not nearly enough.

Think we should give him one more season regardless. I dislike his character and his style of football but with his record we should at least give him that.
I too see a lot of negatives but if we can win Europa (on paper we should), that will be enough to paper of the cracks for now and we can see how he gets on after another window.
My worry is for the likes of Rashford, Martial, Shaw, Blind who have qualities to develop and make this team better, but have gone backwards under Jose.

Its a reasonable assumption, the CL is very important.
I personally wouldnt mind it if there was improvement but I see way more negatives than positives and he doesn't have a league position to justify his job.
