For example if we had 3 stonewall penalties denied against Atletico and they went through I doubt every Chelsea fan would suddenly start hating them with a passion. I suspect jealousy plays a part when Chelsea fans say they despise Barca.

W e go on about Overbo being bent, but for me he was just bad, however, Frisk that night in thr Nou Camp i think was bent and I firmly believe was influenced at half time by FR.........
He then took over Gronkjaer who was playing well and replaced him with Veron.

His admiration for Veron was embarrassing. Completely idiotic signing.

Drogba was not much of a diver. He made a meal out of minimal contact. But then he also got no protection from referees. Defenders got away with a lot when it came to Drogba.
One of the games I remember was the 2-1 Barca game when Drogba got sent off. The injustice in that wasn't the 2nd yellow for me. He got his first yellow for a foul that was nothing compared to what Marquez had got away with on Drogba early on in that game.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He wasnt much of a diver in comparison to a lot of other players.
However, do I think over the course of three hours specifically in 2012, he did.....then my answer is yes.
I agree about protection, I guess it comes to the size and perception issue you sort of touched on with your webb coward criticisms.
All I remember from that game in 2004/05 is duff's cross got an own goal for us, and drogba's second yellow was for 'high foot' on goalie.

To be fair his crapness in England remains a bit of a mystery. His ability was obvious.

I like to think the Monaco game was just Ranieri cracking under the pressure he had been under all season.
1-1 at HT away to Monaco doing fine. He then took over Gronkjaer who was playing well and replaced him with Veron. We got a lot worse at this point. Then they had a man sent off. Then Ranieri went insane and brought on Hasselbaink at RB and then brought on another CB. It was bizarre. And so we lost 3-1.
Next leg started well, got a 2-0 lead. Panicked and slumped to 2-2. I remember Melchiot getting roasted for their first goal.

Hasselbaink RB?
Gronkjaer scored in each of his last 3 Chelsea games
Apparently the Liverpool supporter party was all a lie.
RtM, I've just been watching a program about Great White Sharks off the beaches of Malibu and around LA - do you go swimming around there
Team for Liverpool:
Beeney
Aina Hutchinson Christensen Nditi
Baker RLC
Boga Mata Salah
Moses
Been smoking some funny stuff BK
I'm on that good kush and alcohol
I'll have to get some if it makes you think we still have Mata!
Not sure about the Moses bit though
Mata
Brummie I've seen a small (just over I foot long) shark swim past my feet. Doubt it was a great white though.
Apparently they swim so close to the shore they could be sat in a beach bar at the next table to you having a Long Island Iced Tea and you wouldn't notice!
Beware!
I lost my favorite shark toy at the beach as a kid. Does that count?
I found the best shark you ever at the beach when I was younger.
A good Roger-ing tomorrow?
