I agree that we need to win this really. But remember, West Brom are in a better league position than us and therefore are better.

I don't think a loss, for example, would be because we 'bottled it', it's more likely to be because we aren't that good.

We have needed results all season and they haven't come, oneafter.

Let's just pray to the gods that it comes today. Won't be easy though. Roy Hodgson is progressional enough to have his team fired up for this one, especially being his first game since he was confirmed as England boss. He'll want to show the nation why he is the right man.

Morning boys. I'm dreading it today to be honest. We need to score 2+ to win, no clean sheet since Arsenal game on 1st Feb. Didn't exactly look full of goals on Wednesday.

Pretty worried myself, largehat.

NRC sounds like he'll be out. I'm all for Vela playing, but rather he replaced Mavies. They look very similar i.e can't hold the midfield together.

I am confident we will bag the 3 important points today, today was my first day of stopping smoking, however that has now failed!!

We should be ok hat because we have been able to get the odd result when it was most needed

There is no time left for excuses.

There's 2 games, left, we know exactly what we have to do against "winnable" teams with nothing to play for.

So today we will find out if we are a Premiership side or a Championship one as nothiong less than a win will do.

You never know, if Stoke win at QPR, and we get a draw today, we'd be favourites to survive. I think that'd be asking a bit much from Stoke and tempting fate too much. Can't see Stoke getting more than a point. Just saying, Bricks.

So many permutations still. As long as we win, then what other teams do will be a bonus (if results help us).

Hopefully that is the mentality the team will take into this afternoon.

I think we will win today. I have absolute faith in that.

And no, I haven't chewed off all my fingernails, torn all of my hair out or suffered any form of bowel distress just thinking about how important this game is. Honest.
