Disagree i think he’s very humble and i usually stand on the players side tbh, eg Isak, unless something i deem crazy happens which i can’t remember of the top of my head. Gotta remember clubs drop players whenever they can too, it’s all just business.
Saying that, kinda agree with the last point that maybe we just gotta run the season without a new signing. In which case id like to recall donley/devine

Agreed. I don’t care what he’s done in Italy. I’m only concerned about his form here. He can’t cut it here. We’ve seen evidence of that. Salah is the exception but he was much much younger at Chelsea. Same for KDB. 50m is a total waste of money for Lookman. If he’s the or not option I’d have sooner had Dibling who was cheaper. This would be an awful move and don’t let the idiots wowed by his Serie A form fool you. He just can’t do the Prem.

Dan Kilpatrick said something similar. He fears the nearer we get to the deadline, the more we’ll see emergency loans for peanuts to plug the squad rather than actual planned big name stars to fill the 11.
