Have to hope the injury is self-healing (ie doesn't require any "hands-on" from Spurs physio) .

Maybe your right but that makes no sense at all.

Why wouldnt Yedlin get a work permit as he hasnt played at the highest level? Plenty of US players have played over here and been uncapped.
