Both can play in other roles. Spurs are very short in attack.

Frank just loves wingers, his whole front 4 will be wingers

Means they have to play extra two games in August, so would at least make it harder to get him sooner.
Palace seem pretty resigned to losing Guehi and Eze though.

If it is made clear to Trossard he won't play then I don't think he will choose waste a year when decent options are open to him.

I am not sure Arteta is that ruthless. It may happen in practice, but I doubt he will spell it out to him. All I here from Arteta is he wants to keep everyone.

Well if Arteta wants to keep Trossard then he will stay.

However, to say Arteta is not ruthless seems to go against the way he has bombed many players out.

I believe he left it to Edu to do the dirty. Berta took up that role for Partey.

So.... why wouldn't Berta do it with Trossard

I think they are, hence no contract agreement. But leaving it to Trossard to demand to move away this season.

So not ruthless at all. Bring Edu back!!

I hope Berta puts his foot down. Arsenal's lack of selling well is one reason why no one respected Edu at the end.
