Will Rodrygo be lined up against Osasuna tonight?

Now I'm not advocating anything but with the signings Berta & Arteta made - Gyokeres over Sesko, Madueke over Eze - is it actually boom or bust for Arteta? I.e. will he go if we dont win the league?

That's been pretty clear since Eze's agents pivoted to Spurs. I think it's obvious they are worried about Martinelli's form and see a bigger need to get a goal scoring winger to replace Trossard (if he leaves).

Arteta should try:

Gyokeres -- Havertz -- Saka.

The image of Gyokeres running up and down the left gave me a good chuckle.

Nah. More in the Henry position with Havertz withdrawn into a Kanu/Adebayor type position.

Wenger tried it with RVP --- Adebayor.

Just at least until Gyokeres is more settled with his teammates.

Trossard is not fully fit so you are assuming a lot by Noni coming on for Martinelli.

That's an old story. They had been talks but Arsenal had turned it down. West Ham were the latest interested in Vieira.

well they are asking for us to lower our demand or they will walk away

West Ham are in trouble and really lack creativity. We owe them £30m for the last instalment for Declan Rice. If Potter is interested, as being reported getting near £30m should not be an in issue.

Not sure what your on about but we are not getting anyone else in. Loose links will remain until deadline day where we will be told arsenal are happy with their summer signings and what they have.

Why do you keep on saying Madueke is starting left wing? He didn't start against Man Utd despite his poor pre-season.

He barely had a pre season with us. United was the first game of the season. He will rotate with Martinelli, didn't say he will be automatic starter, but he will start plenty of games on the left

it's actually a loan with obligation to buy if certain parameters are met

Arteta has always rotated Martinelli and Trossard on the left. Assuming Trossard does not leave, why would he change that?

Still can't believe our answer to last season was Madueke.

I don't even put that on Arteta. It's obviously some sort of agreement in place by KSE and Clearlake when it comes to buying Chelsea duds
