Palace said he can't go until after the play-offs.
Spurs courteously waited.
Arsenal come in and he goes straightaway.

Yeah must have been, but the optics of it are still funny when that's being used as the reason Spurs weren't able to get it over the line.

Wonder if we will get it done in time for him to take Havertz place on the bench Saturday.

Poor Palace could only name 9 out of 12 subs. They could do with Kiwior, Nelson and Vieira to bulk that up.

But according to the independent article I posted this morning Arsenal agreed something with palace since August the 10th, so likely they were expecting Arsenal to return
