Arteta probably subbed on Saliba because of the size of Woltemade and to check Newcastle's threat on setpieces, but that won't be good for Mosquera's confidence.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I did think that at the time but we got 3 points so he cant really care. Just move forward

Mosquera is young and new to the league. If this is going to damage his confidence then it’s not a good look on his part.

The way he was playing, leaving him on probably would have done more damage to his confidence tbf.
Why did Saliba play Wednesday???
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Assume for march fitness, a mistake but laid off in the end
Some spelling mistakes there but you get my drift

Why would he have lost match fitness? He played against City the whole match. He missed one game?
Arteta says he is still suffering from pain in the ankle, so surely playing Sunday and Sunday is better than playing Sunday and Wednesday against a League 1 side?

I assume he played him midweek for match fitness and he took a knock as a result so shouldn't start today when Mosquera can fill in
2 mistakes but that's what I assume
Great weekend for Arsenal and ex Arsenal players, pity about the women

Saka, Martinelli, Havertz, Rice, Odegaard have all scored against Newcastle for Arsenal. Who will add to that list today?

We'd be top of the league right now if arteta had used the same attack Vs city.
But as long as he's learning.

aye
Start of the season I felt 14 points was the target from the first 6 games. Just 1 point light which we were close to getting at Anfield.
Now next 6 league games the target has to be 16 points. I think we may drop points to either Fulham or Palace.

Europe in trouble. Are we witnessing a sporting miracle?
Point totals don't really matter, it's how far you are off the top.
2 points off is decent, given how we've had all our tough fixtures. Newcastle away, Liverpool away, utd away, city home all done.
As I say, we'd probably be top if arteta chose a more attacking lineup Vs city. But hey.
United, Liverpool & Newcastle as our first 3 aways games is probably as tough as it gets.
All 3 grounds are good to us.
