Winding up is no problem, that goes with the territory. I mean, I don't think Ferdinand should've been banned, but I used the thread yesterday as a chance to list some of the stuff he's done throughout his career, have a go at him and generally just get it off my chest that I think he's a giant turnip.
Obviously I expect Suarez to be given the same guff by rival fans because of the way he acts. It's when people seem genuinely morally outraged by absolutely everything he does that I find myself both laughing and shaking my head.
As for the media, I've given up on most of them a long time ago. Nevin's montage was cringeworthy, you could make the same sort of montage every week about the likes of Ashley Cole, Kevin Davies, Phil Bardsley, even Evra a few years ago when he was more hot-headed.
until they drive them out, just like Mario at City.

The two situations cannot be more different.
Agree with Jav about Balotelli being completely different, too.
Balotelli's an attention-grabbing pillock who often looked more interested in being zany than winning football matches. He courts the attention he gets.
Suarez has attention thrust on him because his will to win causes him to overstep the mark fairly regularly - he basically gets attention for the exact opposite reason as Balotelli. You never hear about his personal life.
If I need to explain the difference then here you are..
Suarez actually gets on with the Liverpool management, feels valued, loved by supporters and as far as I know he's never had a shoving match with the manager in training or been in the media for off field things every week.
Apart from that they are very similar.
Guys
Yes Mario did like the spotlight, but on his terms and like i said headline writer!!! But in the end the constant bararge got to him, but my point was the minute he set foot in the UK the press were at him abliet of his own doing.
red man you still going?
you announced you were leaving and had to stay. wriggling with no argument whatsoever
they are individual incidents that show how petulance and violence can and does escape punishment
in most suarez cases its either in an incident seen by an official and wrongly not punished or not a red card offence
its a pathetic defence
if we sat down and watched the videos of these incidents would you still deny they happened because there were no charges?
how desperate do you sound.
you are deluded. cliche or no cliche. and you know it.

Suarez was kicked, pushed, pulled and had his face pushed in the game, until they show a montage of the treatment he gets alongside what he does, then I don't give a flying f uck.
If they can't take it, don't dish it out.
Yet most other players can get on with this without kicking people off the ball

"in most suarez cases its either in an incident seen by an official and wrongly not punished or not a red card offence"
So these cases of violence, when seen by the ref, are wrongly punished? Considering they happen so often you'd think he'd have been booked, or even sent off, at least once. He hasn't though. Do refs favour Suarez, do they turn a blind eye?
Name these incidents you're on about?
Implying most players get anywhere near the amount of physical abuse that Suarez does...
and there we have it. liverpool fans justify suarez behaving worse than anyone else because teh nasty defenders pick on him.
if it was so ridiculous itd be funny.
red man they dont happen that often
ive seen about 4 or 5. maybe 6.
can you name any other players that have kicked, stamped or bit people that many times and also regularly dive, feign injury etc?
im all ears

Ah right, a defender kicks or stamps on Suarez and 'he's picking on him'. Suarez does the same and he's violent?
"ive seen about 4 or 5. maybe 6. "
Name them, be specific?

Suarez would be fully justified in dropping his pants, pooing and then hurling it at away supporters at the end of every match at Anfield.
The way he is treated it should be an unpunishable offence.
Those people are a disgrace.
poor suarez
people obviously just decided they would be horrible to him for no reason
filthy scuuum that lot
almost as bad as mancs

red man so all you have is the stamp and then the norwich player challenging for the ball
huth has kicked people 5 times off the ball? name them.
fellaini? name them.
are they the only players you can name that have kicked, stamped and bitten people off the ball several times in their career?
once you have your list, how many of those dive, feign injury etc. on a regular basis?
there you have your answer
no exaggeration. he's one of the worst behaved players in the game and gets treated as such

ttliv claiming an intentional elbow when hes going up for a header doesnt count
its pure speculation that its intentional. off the ball is different.
Doesn't count
is this guy 12 years old?
I wouldn't waste my breathe on this tool lads. He's special.
