I'm not upset at all and you're imposing an emotion upon me which is ridiculous.

The fact remains it does add pressure. It just does - pressure on our club usually does come from outside the club.
-----------------------------------
Well I'll put that line to you. You're imposing an emotion upon the manager that a TV show designed to increase revenue, which had a happy feel about it, increases pressure. How so?

I mean people will whine that FSG aren't spending money, then they'll whine when they're trying to generate money.
----------------

Who? Who exactly has done this? You're not making things up by any chance are you?

Well the obvious two on this board would be ARE and Shortlight. There are many more behind them, one being Paisley on this very thread. That weird Bat fella...I'm sure more will come to me throughout the day. Would you like me to keep you a list, do a word document and e-mail you it? Would you like it notarised first?

The question is, did "Being Liverpool" gain the club new fans across the footballing world?

Answer: quite likely

Did "Being Liverpool" cost the club any of the existing fanbase?

Answer: almost certainly not - and if it did, then they're not the sort of fans we want on board.

Maybe we can have Being Liverpool II - Chang strikes back.

Maybe a follow up on the Jay Spearing at home theme covered in series one. More shots of Ayre on his motorbike and an interview with BR on the bog, as he battles against the rigours of passing a particularly troublesome log.

There's a trend developing here.

People who were outraged with the owners for sacking Kenny think the show was an embarrassment(another way to get at the owners)

People who saw we needed a change understand the show did its job.

I'm sure there's a third cap but I'm lazy.

I've never seen Paisley once complain that FSG have not spent money. Not once. Many more behind ARE and Shortlight my ass. You're such a mug.

I have. I'm sure he can verify.

Nah, certainly not since January.

Our club was literally the subject of a reality soap. Kudos.

One of the few who has talked about FSG managing expectations, not spending as they aren't able to compete as they said they were etc etc. The various examples of it, if you only search before opening your mouth, if unsure about something. It's usually the first thing I would do, you know after I've called somebody a mug, so as not to look like one myself.

---------------------------
Oh sorry, we were limited to a timeframe. My bad, I got that all messed up there.

The only reality soap was the people behind the future of the club versus those who can't get over the sacking of a manager and thus want to whine about it for the whole season and thus look to find the smallest of things just to get a dig in at the men brave enough to make the big decision.

I have made comments about their net spend and how people follow the headline inspired Kenny spent £100m of FSG's money. In my opinion this is ignorant. It doesn't reflect money recouped in transfers, increased sponsorship deals and a big reduction in the wage bill.

I don't mean this in a conan the grammarian way but the sentence structure of your post is so awful it's hard to make sense of.

As said I've never seen PPD "whine that FSG aren't spending money, then they'll whine when they're trying to generate money."

Not once. You're full of it. I've never seen him whine to be fair. Seems to make pretty calm and considered posts. Take heed.

I think everybody can be agreed on that. However, have you ever, in your life, seen so much money, at once, so badly spent?

There's a huge difference between wheeling and dealing and spending £100m at once.

"As said I've never seen PPD "whine that FSG aren't spending money, then they'll whine when they're trying to generate money."

Like my sentence structure, you're all over the place. Firstly you'd never seen it, then it was not since January and now you're back to never seeing it. Makie up your mind.

I've seen him whine loads of times. I'm not saying he's a whining poster, I'm saying on this subject i've seen him whining...a lot. However that is not to say that i don't think he's a good poster on this site, one who I disagree with on this matter but one who I can respect the opinion of. You should take notes.

Did he whine as much as you in the latter part of the 2012 season you humongous hypocrite.

Your lame attempts at undermining the credibility of my posts are laughable. I'm not changing my mind at all, I'm saying that I'm unsure of what he has said before Christmas but I have been on the boards more since Jan and certainly have not seen him whine about it since then.

The point is the same - I've never seen PPE "whine that FSG aren't spending money, then whine when they're trying to generate money."

TOOR. Perhaps you could show me a specific time that he has done this in order to educate me seeing as you recommend research. Walk the walk

Out of interest toor. Does someone who has a differing opinion from you on a particular subject automatically become a 'whiner'.

As regards the documentary I made my feeling known well before the programme was aired in any country. I think that some of my concerns then hold water for a lot of Liverpool fans after it wasshown. The timing of it was ill conceived.

Look, I'm bored with this now. I'm going for coffee but to save you from wasting your time with more long-winded droning about something you're too lazy to check out for yourself, about something you should probably think about after calling somebody a mug, I'll post the first comment I found, the first result on Google.

This may contradict my first post, but there maybe questions asked about our new owners willingness to spend if players don't come in.

In real terms, they have spent next to nothing on the squad so far when you factor in sales and wage bill reductions.

Now wind it in and stop embarrassing yourself.

Probably not, I'm not sure how that makes me a hypocrite though. Perhaps it does and as football fans, we're all hypocrites. I just don't see it. I'm sure you'll let me know.

No. Somebody who continues to whine about something is a whiner.

I know you made your feeling known long before, you made your negative feeling known about everything you could after FSG sacked Kenny.

posted on 19/4/13

I find it hypocritical that when he expresses an opinion on the club it's "whining" but with you, well, I'm not sure what you are doing but I'm pretty sure that you think it is completely right, entirely correct and totally amazeballs.
