RGK, I do agree with that.
That was basically what I was saying.
Valencia are a far more creative team than Spurs, so he may not score as many as he did for them.
That said, there are also some shocking defences in the prem so I'm sure he'll score plenty. Whether it's as many as he did at Valencia is yet to be seen.
Tiki Taka - Konsenzi is a poor keeper. I think Parker could take his place. Seriously he used to play keeper in Spurs training sessions. He is decent
I wonder why Soldado has scored 4 goals in 3 games, oh wait... they have played terrible teams
Exactly
Espanyol, Pub Team, Pub Team, Swansea next

I think your going a bit over the top.
GT, may last post is probably a little more clear than the other one you didn't get.
I would take Phillips over Giroud.
Giroud = G00n player. G00n player = World class.
Therefore Giroud >>>> Soldado.
FACT.
I would take Phillips over Giroud.
I don't really care who you would take over Giroud.
Or Jay Rodriguez, or Wieman, or Darren Bent
Really.
I would take Phillips over Giroud
That's because you have no clue.
Giroud.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Adebayor.
Probably would have Giroud over Sanogo though.
Wenger
Giroud > Sanogo
Giroud > Adebayor
Giroud > Defoe
Giroud > Soldado.
Really.
Darren, I did understand your last comment. But I dont agree with it. The new Spurs team has real depths and quality and on both wings good and pacey strikers.
So with that service and service that comes from the middle I expect Soldado to score many goals.
Can he do what Bale did for Spurs? No he cant. Bale scored out of nothing. Surely Soldado cant.
Wait, is this a serious debate? Think i got the wrong thread.
Thought this was Soldado vs Giroud.
My bad.
Oh I see.
Ok, well I just don't think Spurs will give him as much service as Valencia did as they are a more creative team.
But he'll still score goals. I just think Spurs lack a bit of guile in their team to create chances against the tougher defences. I think that's part of the reason why Bale was shooting so much.
That said, I've really not seen enough of Chadli to know whether he'll create many chances.
But I just rate Valencia higher as an attacking side.
Darren, I assume that Spurs will bring Lamela in because they will miss out on Willian. And If I am right he gets much more service....
GT, yeah that is true. Will be interesting to see how all these players settle.
On paper it looks very promising, but we all know football isn't played on paper.
In the race for 4th that gives Arsenal a bit of an edge as they've retained all their key players and are looking to build on that. Whereas with Spurs they're replacing such an important player with lots of different players new to the league and team.
Should make for good viewing, however.
Doubt we will get lamela. He mainly plays on the wing anyway doesnt he?
Tbf bar cazorla arsenal dont have any key players.
