If Germany do end up finishing 2nd then England would be better off finishing 2nd in their group. Would set them up to face Mexico in the quarters rather than Germany/Brazil.

To do that we need to finish second, with germany finishing second, any other permutation will mean either brazil or germany (with exception of their elimination)

I predict 3-1 England win.

England will stroll this one tonight, 3 or 4-0 imo.

Well it will have to be at least three if kane thinks hes getting a hat trick to match ronaldo.

Slightly different opposition, and kane has the added benefit of not needing to touch the ball
