@ Squid, oh please mate........ Diarra is absoloute class and Sandro is out for 3 months mate so we need a top class defensive midfielder to fill that role. Once Sandro comes back we have 2 top class defensive midfielder battling for a spot.....what is so bad about that? Football is a squad game and Manchester United have one of the best squads in the prem. If it means us building up a squad like theres then bloody be happy about it......adebayor next boys

No chance of Tevez to Arsenal, why would he want to stay in the PL and take a step down? (let's be honest City are a step above both of us now)

He wanted to move back to Argentina to be with his family

Well it's a done deal apparently. I hope Harry knows what he's doing though. Yet another midfielder adding to a midfield that is very strong, and one that doesn't score many goals. Not a sign that Modric is off is it?

Is he better than what we've got ???? yes he is better than palacios. we currently have one other combative midfielder in the squad, and hes injured.

Who will make way for him ???? sargeant wilson will leave with our well wishes and blessings

is this the End for Thudd , Sandro or Modric ???? no

I suspect Sandro is out for another few months then. Also, I hope this means the sale of Wilson and Jenas.

Ignoring who is/isn't fit for the time being; we will then have Modric, Huddlestone, Sandro, Diarra and Livermore fighting out for CM.

Looks good I reckon, as long as Harry rotates them and doesn't keep picking his favourites till they burn out as usual.

IMO even if we do sign Diarra, my first choice centre pairing would be Modders and Sandro.

Pffft. Who needs Tevez when you have the world class, one-in-a-million, Joel Campbell?

Can't believe certain spurs fans are questioning this..........Yes we all know a striker is a priority and that we are strong in Midfield but one of our most promising midfielders Sandro is currently injured for a quarter of the season........Diarra is a superb player and the type of calibur of player that show we mean buisseness. Not only that but when Sandro gets back who's to say against strong sides we don't have a 5 man midfield with Sandro and Diarra behind Luka Modric? Gives us brilliant options......Adebayor next
