Anyway, I'm tired I'm going to kip. Night all
Right, but that's why I'm not sure why TheSkins, who is a very good poster, picked me up on it.
For me, there is zero correlation between "supporting" i.e. praising a player on an online forum and actually supporting your team, whether that is at the ground or by paying for SkySports.
Sheriff seems to get slated quite a lot for his rather negative views, which OK I get, but then this translates to comments like Lex's above, which doesn't seem fair to me at all.
"You genuinely think Giroud is useless?"
Maybe that was a little harsh. He can do a job for us against the weaker sides but I prefer Theo or Sanogo, and perhaps even Alexis or Joel Campbell if he can reproduce his world cup and champs league form ahead of him.

No he is an average player that is overrated by the scousers. Name one person outside scouseland that actually rates coutinho as anything more than average

And don't blame me for any inaccuracies if you change your story from day to day
Personally, I think I was pretty much spot on with my analogy. Nothing you've said since has changed my mind about that, even if you are now, (laughably) claiming to have only started supporting them during a season when we didn't win anything.

Seem to be throwing round plenty of petty insults for someone who proclaims to be such a great debater.
I'm guessing I hit a nerve.
Yeah... think that's what it is.
And it's nothing to do with who I think is or isn't, in your words, a 'true' supporter.
It's more to do with who I think is actually an Arsenal supporter.
You show little evidence of being such a person.
And my final word on the matter... if you really are an Arsenal supporter, according to your timeline, you still started taking an interested in the club whilst they were in the midst of one of the most successful periods in their history.
Meaning my original theory about you still holds tight.

I don't think of myself as particularly clever, no.
Just more so than some people on here.
Yourself, for example.
And for such a faceless irrelevance, you seem to be getting awfully annoyed by my comments.
Which is interesting...
"..and attempted to take the mickey out of me..."

Oh, and less of the 'attempted' please.
I made a comment about you. People laughed at you because of it.
Mickey well and truly taken
I could easily have picked the far more successful, far more supported Man U if all I craved was winning.

What do you mean "Could"? You did, you Manc WUMbag.

Except a host of your attempts at drawing analogies have shown perhaps, you're a bit misguided in the notion. From the "reject" analogies right to the wannabe psycho-analyst routine about how and why I support Arsenal. But I guess I'll allow you the bliss of being a legend in your own mind.
i like how the mug who talks about my getting wound up gets all menstrual about my being a supporter on many articles. Despite your crudely disguised passive-aggressive routine, it's pretty clear I do tend to aggravate you. The very fact you're still replying after your "last word" is its own give-away.
Quit taking it personal, sunshine. It's just a forum of opinions.

Uhhh....the excessive smiley use phase. Basic reverse psychology suggests this often occurs in times of desperation to exhibit an illusion.
Don't go getting all menstrual about it now, Sheriff.

He certainly gets wound up quite quickly it's seems, then uses basic reverse psychology to suggest it's others that are.
He's a funny little chap.
