Let's play Sat Nav's game.

Exhibit A: Arnold vs Predator:

0:58 - Arnold hits the predator with a heavy branch. The Predator then proceeds to backhand Arnold, who then goes soaring into the air. He hits the water and gets up within seconds, with no visible marks on his face.

1:07 - Arnold is crawling away at a snails pace and the Predator goes to swipe him but somehow misses, despite being within close range.

1:17 - The Predator lands two punches from point blank range and then kicks him. Arnold of course, remains invulnerable to any harm and continues to run away.

3:30 - The smart Predator manages to figure out Arnolds trap only for him to then manoeuvre himself directly in line for the log. So

5:18 - Predator on his last legs but has a trick up his sleeve. He starts the detonator for his ship and releases an evil laugh. The ship explodes but Arnold some how manages to out run the explosion, despite being shown to be largely immobile a few moments ago.

Terrible movie. Poor directing. Poor choreography. How did anyone thing this garbage was good?

You missed out the context. So it had somewhat come down to Prey vs Predator 2.

Guv is up Prey's ass and me then later Satty backing Predator 2.

Guv said something like Predator 2 is ridiculous because it doesn't make sense that Glover would be able to take on a Predator. Lord knows how that makes sense and it was pointed out that going by that logic Prey is even worse as you can't expect that tiny bird to last two seconds vs a predator.

Guv pointed out that the bird would be able to do so as she knew the terrain and was skilled in using flimsy stone age weapons.

So you can't level that at Satty as it was Guv who started the realism in a movie thing. And seeing Prey as more realistic that Predator 2 is ridiculous. That bird would have been more likely to bow down and worship the predator as a god than beat it in single combat

The debate was simple.

Sat Nav thinks it's unrealistic that a 5 ft 5 Comanch girl could beat a Predator.

I think it's perfectly reasonable based on her hunting skill and experience.

We both agreed to disagree.

And I stand by my view that Prey is a better movie than Predator 2.
